We're excited to that one of ours sons Us as a family happy to heard a 🎥 since we haven't seen the movie 🎥 Batman. there were there were one person said shut up that is disrespectful rudeness make ours family very uncomfortable but another person try to take one ours sons phone awhile I said oh 😱😳 ours sons disabilities just it autistic So took one ours sons we feel that distrub my family we're saying they me uncomfortable some persons during the movie during we had a calm our son down to go outside before a day make things worse did you get the chance to see most of the movie what explaining Little words to a special needs son after that a guy apologize to us didn't know I didn't appreciate how they were treating my family to the point we do appreciate it for some other convenience not being not being nice to one of my sons and my husband said if you just no way to talk . it's really disappointing didn't get watch see the whole movie 🎥.we did the right thing going home it's it was awful 😞 sincerely respect those have difficulty disabilities Needs. I been living here in Whittier California since I was born here and I started to come here when my dad took me here when I was five years old on my birthday ....I came to the movie the past weekend I wanted to come a movie called the crawl I was told I couldn’t watch it because you have to be at least 21 years old of age with a stated issued ID when I search it up..it said 17 years old age... first of all it’s not even a ride or to be a shooting range but a movie threat asking for a ID that’s kind of stupid . So I got the Spider-Man movie but then I was like nah I don’t want to watch so I asked for my refund and one of the employees said no you cannot get your money sorry have a good day... the customer are always right. I can’t believe this. Can you please regulate your employees. This message is for your manager for he or she knows how to do there work. Please inform your customers the age requirement when choosing a movie and the refund policy on the window!!!! And btw you lost a big group of customers because I’m going to tell everyone that I know...

Didn’t enjoy my experience here, I saw a movie in the Dolby theater. It was hot and uncomfortable to sit there. The seats don’t recline and you have no leg space. People are always talking, luckily the sound is so loud it drowns it out at times, especially the sounds of baby and kids talking or crying. People are constantly coming up and down the stairs not really caring about being disruptive and I had a family next to me that was constantly going in and out of my aisle, so I kept having to get up or make space for them to get passed me ( did I mention the tight leg space?. It’s as if movie theater etiquette had gone completely out the window. It was hard to just enjoy the movie. I don’t think I’ll go back. Ya it’s cheaper then other theaters, but they upcharge the food and snacks and I ended up paying 40 Bucks on concessions only. Overall I’d say if your coming to see a movie here that you really want to enjoy then don’t, you have been...
