love stater bros, they have everything I want and then some. This location however is a little unpleasant because of one woman who works the registers alllll mornings and always can be the only one on registers until they get busy. I purchase alcohol and she seems to have a problem. I understand they protect their license for selling alcohol and must ask for i.d. all is good. Even with my many visits I have my i.d. ready in hand and always let them know I'm over 21. Well this woman at this location will go out of her way to embarrass me and other women (I've witnessed) when we buy alcohol. she will rudely ask loudly for i.d. snatch it out of the hand put it next to your face and make you tell her your age out loud sometimes 3 times! I try to smile and be polite, I shop so much at staters I know the emplyees and see most very frequently they are so nice but she acts really rude, never smiles back and has a bad attitude towards me like I bother her. Even though she seems to giggle and smile with other emplyees and some male customers I've seen her be rude with other women too, her face totally changes from soft to hard in seconds its horrible, I feel so stupid smiling and asking her how is her morning, she will ignore and not even make eye contact. I just wanna shop in peace and walking in here seeing her working every morning Ive ever gone, puts me in a sad mood and I will no longer go here. sometimes months pass and I try after 10 30 because there is an in n out right in the same lot. and NO she is there manning the registers all alone. and I walk around hoping it gets busy so they open another register and I can use it. If not I debate weather or not to just leave and shop elsewhere rather than be scrutinized by her. Sorry just need to share, maybe someone else wont feel bad or alone reading my words if they also went through this. Ive been looked back by women embarrassed by her at the register and we just share a little weird smile and move on. Ive looked back too it...

Read moreI hate to leave 1 star but I was very disappointed today when I visited here. Mind you I have never had a problem coming here everyone is always so nice. Today 2/14/25 I went in the store with my son and dad to buy chicken at the deli and I asked for 2 24 piece orders I was told I couldn’t purchase 2 24 piece orders at a time. Mind you my dad and I both wanted to purchase chicken the guy told us we came in together and are considered one party! I have never heard this rule I go in here quite often to buy chicken. Then this white dude starts talking over the guy helping me saying I can’t get that much chicken and it doesn’t matter if my dad doesn’t live with me we’re still part of the same party cause we walked in together. Then the first guy helping me says I can wait 25 minutes to purchase another order of chicken! And the white dude yells over him again and says it’s gonna take more like 45 minutes to an hour I was like well how long do I have to wait 25,45 or an hour? And that white dude is like I don’t know it could take longer. So I call my husband to come down to the store so I don’t have to wait and this same white dude with the tattoos and black hat gives my husband 2 24 piece orders of chicken!!! Mind you my husband is half white half Mexican but looks like a white boy me on the other hand I’m brown and I’m proud!!✊🏼 not sure if it was a race thing or if that white dude had a stick up his ass but he was a DICK! I’ll travel to the stater bros off Mills from now on I am not...
