WOW! Absolutely the Best experience. I order some items to pick up in store last night... Totally Cool, Order at 9:59 pm and just a few minutes after 10pm I got the message it was ready to pick up. We stopped by the store today, to also look at TV's and to Buy and schedule delivery of Washer and Dryer set. KUDOS (Shout out for Tomekia on two counts) 1. For help with the store pick up, which we found another TV (larger) different than what we bought last night and BEST BUY had a better price than what was advertised at Costco on the larger LG 50”. Tomekia handled the pickup and exchange of the 43” TV like a pro. 2. Tomekia helped us with our purchase and scheduling our Washer and Dryer to the exact date that we wanted. She was very professional and helpful making sure we had all the items we needed and to the correct address (we have a couple addresses on our account). We spent over $$$$ today and that was an absolute steal - better prices than Costco and Lowes for the products we wanted. We also received assistance in the TV Department for another TV that we want to purchase but need to wait a couple weeks. KUDOS (Shout out for Yamillet) Yamilet provided great detail on the Sony 75" X800G and Sony 2.1 Sound bar. Explained the difference between Samsung and LG. I totally felt like she was genuinely interested why we were shopping today. The totally price includes additional discounts (bundle feature), we're positive we are not going to find better pricing. Yamillet didn’t let us walk away empty handed, she suggested that she could send us an email with the items that when we are ready to buy we know exactly which TV and sound bar that we looked at and it will make for an easy purchase in a couple weeks. I love shopping in-store when you have great people like Tomekia and Yamillet to help, beats shopping online any time. Way to go Best...
Read moreI purchased a Playstation 4 Vr system on 12/06. The head set malfunction about a week ago. I had purchased the warranty with product. Took item back to store. Was told Geek Squad could not fix it. They would only exchange it but there's a catch... I would have to purchase another warranty. I had it a little over a month. Spoke to manager...no help. He gave me "corporate number". Called Corp. But was transferred to their geek squad. Spoke to one girl...ask for manager and was put on hold. Oh no... they disconnected call. Called back. Got someone in Geek Squad. After explaining she asked to speak to manager. He then handed phone back to me. She said that manager needed to call Corp. From store. Got off phone with her and called for manager. I then explained to him what she said and he said he didn't have to listen to her or corp and he was tired of dealing with this. Called back corp and was still given run around. So my options were to get a new system and pay for another warranty, not get the warranty and take a chance on a $350 item that already malfunctioned after a month, or get in store credit even though I've only had it 42 days. They ended up giving me in store credit for 249.99 even though I paid 349.99 for it and that is currently the price to purchase it. I advised them I would never shop at this location or any best buy again. The manager was very rude! I spent so much money from best buy this Christmas. Next yr, I guess Walmart will get that money...at least they stand by there warranty. Oh...also the system is more $ now since I bought it at Christmas on sale. But it's the principal. I'll pay more...

Went in person after not being able to purchase thru app-it just looped my around over and over. Items were in stock, according to the app. Went to the store, and it was obviously very short staffed. Cell phone person was helping someone else. Said we would be next. He walked off with customer and was last seen finishing with customer and then ducking into a door in back. Waited………no one ever came to help, to ring thru our purchases, essentially. . ..Only came in to pay for phones instead of thru carrier where you can’t pay out right. Noone could be bothered and management doesn’t know how to staff a store for a Saturday. EVERY time I tried over three years to use Total Protection, no use! Apple Support was faster and clear! Cancelled that Total Protection garbage today and done with a retailer that doesn’t want to sell products to in person shoppers. Bots cannot answer the most basic of questions and humans are not monitoring for accuracy.
