Kollectible Kings — Attraction in Winchester

I took some cards in to these guys to sell and was low balled the whole way. But even worse I noticed after I left one of my more valuable cards was missing. I contacted them to try and see if they could help me locate it and let me just say they were very unwilling to look over camera footage or anything even though they had about 4 different employees looking through my collection at once including a new kid who just started that couldn’t be older than 15 years old. I continued contact hoping to resolve the issue until they told me I was no longer allowed in the store. A couple of the employees left the room numerous times while looking through my cards so I just wanted to make sure one of them didn’t possibly walk off with it and leave it somewhere else in the store but like I said they were unwilling to help. Please be careful dealing with these guys. Not only do they only want to pay you 60 percent of what your cards are worth you might end up losing some for free. And since you wanna make accusations of slander, it’s also sketchy that you refuse to check camera footage, even though my cards were taken out of the room by numerous people. All I asked was to see if someone set it down in the other room or something and forgot about it, but the fact that you refuse to do So shows your inept business ideals, and all around your Naïve ways. You think you’re above hiring someone that has a tendency to line their pockets with things that aren’t theirs? Lol you’re not the one and only place of employment in the world that doesn’t have to worry about that buddy. Sorry everyone does and the fact that you had new employees there looking at my cards and still refuse to honor my request shows you care more about your profits and your store than you do about...

A one stop shop for "buy, sell, trade" Kings is top tier! They also host monthly trade nights for Pokemon and have a great seating area w/ tables for digging through their bulk trays or meeting with friends! Not much selection for out of print sealed product, but they do maintain as much stock as possible for new and recent releases. They do occasionally get some gems though.

As a re-seller, I sometimes feel like the cash value can be marginally low, but since they generally price things slightly below market it's a net benefit since I can also get inventory for good deals. This is mainly for the less rare/costly $5-20 range cards. For the more costly cards, as long as it's not niche they will always make a fair, or more than fair offer. Cash aside, they give GREAT trade value on most cards! Their trade offers frequently help me get out of cards that; I didn't get a desired grade on, or might be a tough market to reach as an individual seller, so that I don't have to take an absolute beating on 'em. This isn't to say take your junk slabs there! They have a savvy staff that knows their sh*t and the Pokemon market well. Was fortunate enough to stumble across Kollectible Kings during the start of the pandemic after being away from the hobby for 23+ years!

Flew in all the way from Chicago to check out his shop in good ole’ Winchester, VA, and so glad I did!! PJ is one of the most honest and genuine people I’ve ever met. He knows the hobby inside and out, and is super knowledgeable. I highly recommend dropping by and picking his brain anytime you are lucky enough to do so.

The shop is one of the best I’ve ever been to, definitely the cleanest, most organized, and inviting atmosphere. I refuse to go local shops in Northern IL and will be catching any and all drops on their website, or simply taking a weekend trip to come shop.

His two boys are also very bright and knowledgeable. Had the pleasure of ripping some packs with them and learning what to sleeve and topload, and what not to.

These guys have the best prices from the Midwest to the East Coast, whether in shop, or online, and I’d highly recommend checking them out if you are into the hobby and in the area!
