Customer service. I had the worst experience with two young “managers” Asked to return a foundation and from the very beginning was met with extreme hostility which grew to verbal assault. For a company that prioritizes equality and teamwork..: the two they chose to have in charge of the store were anything but. Yelling to the point I had three other customers come up to me after leaving saying that this Sephora “is the worst one in the area”.. I have video footage that if anyone would like to see - I’ll happily provide and implore corporate to take a look at the hostility and aggressive behavior that came from these two..
