SEPHORA at Kohl's — Attraction in Winchester

Customer service. I had the worst experience with two young “managers” Asked to return a foundation and from the very beginning was met with extreme hostility which grew to verbal assault. For a company that prioritizes equality and teamwork..: the two they chose to have in charge of the store were anything but. Yelling to the point I had three other customers come up to me after leaving saying that this Sephora “is the worst one in the area”.. I have video footage that if anyone would like to see - I’ll happily provide and implore corporate to take a look at the hostility and aggressive behavior that came from these two..

Very unprofessional cashier today, 6/7/23 at around 11am, I was in a hurry picking up a last minute gift. The cashier asked if I had an email with them, I said no and tried to hand her my money. Instead of taking it, she called two women over to get ‘free points’, without asking me if I had time or wouldn’t mind. Indeed I would have said it was fine, if I was asked. Instead, I was faced with a rude cashier and two women trying to decide whose email to use for my ‘free points’. I actively made the choice to shop at Kohl’s Sephora, instead of JCPenny’s, I now regret...

Worker claims that she can't look up my item for a return but it claims on website I can. So your workers don't feel like doing their job. Don't buy here go to a actual Sephora location. Sephora get your stuff together and train your staff. I'm losing love for your brand because your employees would rather stand and chat then help. They stood in a busy store three talking together on 1-4-24 at 3:10pm and we're not helping customers. I feel she lied intentionally I can see the item on my app. I'm extremely disappointed as all other locations I've been to...
