Precious Bangles — Attraction in Winston-Salem

On 04-11-2025 i bought what i thought was a real 18kt ring from time to time i have all my jewelry appraised. The ring i paid $1,300 cash is gold plated then i return to the store today at 07-23-2025 & was told i didnt by the ring from them luckily i remembered the date & the ball park time. I have sent this information to the General Manager at the Mall in order to review the tapes. Honestly anyone who has bought gold from this store should have it appraised!!! I have bought jewelry from this location prior always gave the store a lot of business the younger Guy always treated me right. I will keep everyone updated on this matter but again check your gold before purchasing & after purchasing have your jewelry checked because I am sure there are others who have received plated jewelry & just don’t know it !!! The bracelet is real purchased it from another store but the ring is as fake as a $3 bill I am sure after the mall review the tapes there will be no doubt of the fake ring being purchased...

I took my watch to Malik at Precious Bangles to replace one of the diamonds that had fallen out of the bezel. He said that he had a diamond and could replace it. When my wife picked the watch up, there was glue and black adhesive over the part of the bezel that was worked on and scratches on the face of the watch nearest to where the work was done. He did an extremely unprofessional job. I basically paid him for nothing. He then told my wife that his watch specialist will be back after new years and to bring the watch back. My issue is, if he wasn’t qualified to do the work, why even take the job and worst of all, the stone he used to replace the diamond was Cubic zirconia. Why would I want cubic zirconia in a bezel full of diamonds? I was extremely disappointed and will never patronize this business again going forward. My advice to anyone considering doing business with Precious Bangles is to rethink it. Shop some place else where you won’t be hustled....

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order 12/11/24 for my daughter some grillz. Joe said they would be back by Christmas. They never came back. Here it is 2/15/25. 2 months later still no grillz. Every time i go up there they said another week. There’s an Old guy managing the place. He’s ran out of excuses to give me so now when I go he won’t even talk to me. He’ll have the other associate tell me the same old lie. The man Joe has changed his number.
