I would definitely not recommend you buy furniture here. First they say they offer easy payment offers through some leasing company. But that company has so many hidden fees that you don’t know until you’re in deep. Secondly, when we were purchasing the items we told them that we would like delivery and assembly. They told us that was fine and the furniture would be delivered in about 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and we didn’t hear anything. Another week went by and we decided to call. They said that they were still waiting for furniture from Ashley furniture to arrive at their warehouse and that it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by again and we didn’t hear anything. The next week we got a call from someone working for the delivery company saying that they were on their way to our house. No notice, nothing. I told them that was not okay and that I was not home but at work and they could come back on that Wednesday. They said alright we will be there Wednesday morning. I cleared my Wednesday morning scheduled for their arrival. 12pm came and we hadn’t heard anything and decided to call. No one answered. So we called the warehouse and they said that they had left around 8am and that the should have arrived by now. They arrived around 6pm. They were the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered with and I work in customer service. They finally put our furniture in the house and started to say goodbye. I told the men excuse me but we paid for delivery and assembly. With the most rude attitude one of the men responded no one told us that so we are not doing it. I called the warehouse and explained the situation and he said that we did indeed pay for assembly. And asked if I could pass the phone over to the delivery person. He started to disrespectfully argue over the phone. After about 10mins he started to get his equipment and harshly assembly our furniture. Didn’t even have the decency to take off the plastic off the knobs before screwing them in so tightly.
I will never again purchase from this company ever again and I don’t recommend...

They state it’s been delayed and will be here with in the week. This has now continued for what’s going on 6 weeks. So today I call yet again, and was then told they no long make/carry the item I purchased. They stated they have a king size frame, which is of no use to me as I have a queen size mattress set. So I simply requested a refund as I would not be receiving the product I’ve already paid for!! They state they can’t give my money back and hang up on me!! I call back and things are getting heated at this point because that’s my money after bartering for my own money they state they’re willing to refund some of the money but would need to keep $325 of my money for a product I never received as a restocking fee outlined in a contract. They breached the contract by not providing my product in the time outlined in the contract and if they do not have my product what are they “restocking”. I paid in full for a bed I did not receive and deserved to be refunded in full for my purchase. They now will no longer take my calls or any calls for that matter as they simply don’t answer. Read moreI purchased a chair on 6/25 in the amount of $450. Had to go to Greensboro to pick up the merchandise or pay a $150 delivery fee. I get the chair back to my salon and proceed to remove the chair from the packaging, I turn the chair over and the entire bottom of the chair is busted all open and underneath the pillow along the seem of the zipper it was busted as well. I contacted the owner of the store and he was very rude and obnoxious he told me that there was nothing he could do and if I wanted to return or exchange the busted chair that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee even though I did nothing but open the box and this was what I received. I went into the store to see if we could come to some kind of agreement at first he wasnt gonna budge but once another customer over heard what was going on he quickly changed his tune.
