Serotonin Center is incredible. I felt warmly welcomed from the start of my inquiry for a consultation for Botox. The communication from Thomas was terrific and honestly made me feel like they cared. Then I walked in the door for my consultation, and WOW! I was greeted warmly and offered bottled water before Thomas gave me a tour of the gorgeous facility, where he explained all of the fantastic services they offer. I was genuinely blown away. After the tour, I met Dawn, the nurse practitioner, for my consultation. She is AMAZING, honest, and very kind. I've had Botox from other places in the past, but this process from start to finish was the BEST experience I've had when getting Botox! Another great thing about this center is the follow-up with you after treatment; they were never annoying (sending too much or trying to sell me on more) but genuinely wanted to know how I felt about the treatment or if I had any concerns. This experience was beautiful, and I have never been this happy with how my face looks after getting Botox. I will definitely be returning for Botox upkeep and, most likely, some other services they offer. When my Miami doctor recommended hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) after my surgery in August, I had no idea where to go in Winter Park, so I started Googling. When I spoke with Peter, the manager of Serotonin Centers Med Spa, I knew I’d found the place. Peter was genuinely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and asked me to come in for one visit to check it out. He made a stellar first impression on me, so all the spa itself had to do was not disappoint.

And boy, did it not disappoint! State-of-the-art, sparkling, and so smoothly-run. Peter helped me find the most economical way for me to get the number of treatments I needed. I said I probably needed three treatments, and Peter very gently advised, “You should talk with your doctor and ask him how many he thinks.” And he was right. I needed at least ten. In the end, I paid a fraction of what I would have at other places.

I appreciate everything Peter did for me, from formulating a plan for my course of treatment, guiding me through and always being knowledgeable and reassuring, and offering extra touches to make sure I was comfortable. I am so happy I found Peter’s place— and I understand he’s not the owner, but you wouldn’t know it by the attention he gives to every detail and in the way he manages the spa.
