We picked this place out of all the other arcades in and around the Dells. We loved it. There are tons of games. The place is jam packed with games. We didn't even get to play a lot of them just because there were so many options. My family and I could have spent all day there. We also did mini golf, laser tag, and the lazer maze. We did the packaged deal off of Groupon. Best arcade I have ever been to. I don't know what the previous review is about. There is no mold and it wasn't understaffed and nobody smelled bad. Lol. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the one girl that was working was really rude. When she would talk, she was barely above a whisper and when you'd tell her you couldn't hear her, she would reply very rudely. I was standing by while she did the same exact thing to two other customers there. She was very unpleasant. There were also two other women working when I first got there that seemed cranky. No smiles and acted like they absolutely hated their jobs. But the guy working was all smiles and so nice and helpful the entire time. He laughed and joked with us and was just great to be around. We didn't let any of the employees ruin our time there. We still had a blast and will still be returning any time we are in the Dells area. Just hoping next time the customer...
Read moreI can honestly say I have never experienced such great customer service! A friend of mine and I met here with our two kids (ages 2 and 4) and thought we would kill some time, so we bought 4 attraction passes. We didn't realize that the kids would be terrified of the dark/black lights, so none of the attractions were going to go over. I took the passes to the counter and asked the gentalman working if he could just give them to the next people that came in. As we were packing up to leave he came over and handed me a card loaded with credits for the arcade games since he wanted to be sure the kids had a great time. This was above and beyond the call of duty and our kids had so much fun. Then, employees gave the cards we couldn't use to a group of teenaged kids that came in and explained we had "donated" them to the next people in line. Each one of the teens came up and thanked us. In all reality the employees at the wild fun zone deserve the thanks for giving our kids a great experience and memories. Take your family here if you are in the Dell's. I can't speak highly enough about how they made our experience...
Read moreSeems like it would be a great place but staff clearly doesnt want to do any work what so ever. I came in on Wesnesday night at 950pm. It was slow so i asked what time they were open as the door said 11 but sinse it was slow i thought they might close early so i asked. The girl working said they were closing at 10. I understand that as it wasnt busy. I ended up walking past again at 1025. At this time there was a group of about 8 people and also 5 guys walked in before me. I get it if you were planning to close then people walked in no problem but then when i asked to buy a card to play some games she told me no, they were closed. The group ahead of me couldnt buy one either. You will always be slow with workers that tell you whatever so they dont have to do any work. To bad as it seems like a decent place. 14 people total turned away because it was slow. Well to be fair i only witnessed 6 including myself but the other group was leaving as i walked back in the 2nd time so i am assuming they were told the same thing as i was since i didnt see them the 1st time i was there 30...
