The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta — Attraction in Woodstock

My Daughter is an employee at the this mall. On Saturday May 20, 2019 she tried to enter the employee parking lot and they were all blocked from one side of the mall. She did park in the weekday area that is designated for employees. The mall had not been enforcing this rule including Mother's day weekend. A security guard followed her inside the mall and began to get very argumentative with my Daughter, He told her he was going to put a sticker on her car for her violation. He put this 6 X 8 inch sticker on her car. When she got home, it took me 30 minutes to get this sticker off her car. This sticker was purposely hard to get off her car and with satisfaction of the general manager Charlie, who wanted it to be difficult to remove. I spoke with Charlie on Monday and asked why it was necessary to have a large hard to remove sticker. She said it was a company policy to do so and the company supported causing harm to employees cars. I asked if the sticker could be smaller and easier to remove and she thought it was OK to be mean to mall employees, As a father, I am now concerned that this property management company is not concerned with employees property and therefore there safety must not be a concern. I was shocked that a company that should promote customer service treats employees with little concern. The Gravel lot where employees have to park is of great distance and I am concerned about employee safety at night, It sounds like the officer was doing what he was...

Updating my review: they've closed down the cafe and bar area where you could buy good quality drinks as a grab-ngo for your shopping. Without that, the grab n go options are just not there. A few cool places to sit and eat, but I like to get my shopping on while I sip, and you just can't do that anymore. Plus the only eatery worth going to here is not inside the food court....food court has nothing but generic off-brand options for fast/quick food. West & Peach is leaving and moving locations and there is a new Forever 21 open, but it didn't seem to have outlet prices. Some of the newer stores here are not operating on outlet prices which is confusing and kind of a bummer. Still a few hidden gems...Book Warehouse has so many deals!!! You might not be able to find a NYT best seller there but they have great stuff, and the Saks Off Fifth is constantly disorganized and messy, but you can sift through to find decent deals and designers too. I like this outlet especially now that they offer a full bar and you can walk around with your drinks! We had delicious frosé and they were strong and not too watered down or weak. The bar can get kind of busy but worth the wait and was a fun part of our shopping experience. There are hidden gems at this outlet: West & Peach has super cute clothes and very friendly staff and the bookstore had TONS...

This is one of the worst places to shop this holiday season. I’ve had a horrible experience with the store manager slamming the door in my face on September 27Th when the storm “Helen” touchdown. He was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve tried to talk to several levels of management about this level of professionalism and commitment to the people who shop there. Unfortunately my wishs were completely shutdown and I was told my business doesn’t matter to them. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at polo factory a year no one should be treated or handle like this especially before the holiday. I was told that no one could shop inside the store but clearly you can see in the photos people were. The manager at the time at 12:17 Friday at September 27th was completely unprofessional.

As you can see the regional manager reached out to me about this situation. He didn’t do anything about or nor did he seemed to care. Polo has to do a much better job especially the holidays...
