I always shop at kohlâs and have a kohlâs charge so I love kohlâs in general. It is always my go to place to go for anything never had a problem before. Today I online pick up at Crestwood location and I ordered a jacket and a wallet. Paid for both items and waited til pick up was ready to go. I received a email saying the wallet was canceled so I called the store and asked how that is fair and she said it was out of stock and had a very bad attitude with me and sounded not so happy to even be working there. I work in retail my self and always have the customer come first and they are always right. So I let it go and I went to the location to pick up the jacket when I went and got the jacket I wanted to double check the wallets, and guess what was there. The wallet I had in my cart ORDERED that was CANCELED they had 15 of them sitting there. So I am assuming the employee was lazy and didnât want to go get that wallet and just said out of stock when nothing on the website said that. This was the most worst experience I ever had.    Read moreUp until today I loved shopping at this kohls due to the target and other stores next door. Unfortunately today changed that. I went in for a return and worked with Jackie. From the time I stepped up to the counter the vibe was bad. Before I could explain that I bought the item on my Kohls charge with my ID she told me she could not do anything for me. And to take my item and come back with proper ID. When I returned from my car with ID in hand she refunded me with merchandise credit. When I asked her why didnt she return it back to my card she said because you dont have a receipt. After a whole lot of unnecessary back and forth she voided the whole thing and returned it to original form of payment. Of course I had to ask her name because she had no proper identification on. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. Wont be back. Mainly because of her lack of customer service, rudeness, and inability to listen to my concern.    Read moreI apparently won a Dreams Your Cart prize where my entire cart was supposed to be free. The cashier was really nice and congratulated me. However, after waiting almost a hour the manager stated there was a glitch in the system and she couldnât understand why it wouldnât go through. She kept trying to get me to come back even though the rules say you cannot leave the store. Then she tried to get me to pay for the items with discount of 40% but still only was 10 in the end because item were already marked down. This is really horrible to do to a customer who is Christmas shopping. I feel the manager should have honored the winning regardless of some âglitchâ in the system. The manager wouldnât give me the paper I filled out to claim the winning or anything. I decided to pay and then refunded because of the circumstances. The entire incident sounds shady.
