Last night, they closed the door early. When a black man came asking what time they closed, he was advised they closed at 8pm and they were in the process of closing. His response was but it’s not 8PM. And it wasn’t, it was around 7:55PM. He asked for the managers name, but the cashier refused to provide the name. She had an attitude, and was very rude. She stated “I don’t have to tell you the managers name.” The man walked in and went to get what he intended to buy. She started screaming how she wasn’t going to charge him. Another woman working there walked by and told the cashier, “it’s not worth it, let it go.” I told the man to go in front of me since he only had a few items. Aldi in crestwood usually is decent but it’s been 2 weeks since my last visit now they have all scan operators making the customers work for them instead of paying people or hiring more to work for them! We know you can afford to pay Aldi so don’t expect your clientele to work for you for free!

Listen Aldi as a millennial I’m not working for you for free! A lot of stores who are doing this will be seeing a huge decline as Id rather pay the xtra charge to get my groceries shipped to me then working for large corporations as their customer unpaid!
