I would like to start by saying, yes the employees are nice, but my issue is with the quality of the products you sell. I bought a full sectional.. Paying over 2500$ for this couch… with in a month of buying it the cushions don’t even hold up anymore the material moves around and don’t look like it lines up anymore around wheee you sit.. staples ate company apart. I have had the couch no more then 6 months and I’m trying to get rid of it, maybe Even trash it. It was the worst couch I have ever had.. Even the seats sink in as if the springs don’t even hold up anymore and we aren’t even an obese family. . I had to put support under each cushion I even had to lift up the back pillows and stuff stuff to push the bottom cushions so they won’t have cracks between the cushions and slide around when someone goes to move around on the couch. The material is already fraying at the ends of the stitching as well. The stables don’t even stay attached to the wood to hold the fabric on. I will never be back nor will I recommend your store to anyone… it’s a complete waste of money

Everything was very good when I went to the store, very good service and excellent customer service but everything started very badly because they were almost 2 weeks late in the delivery of my first furniture, but everything got much worse when they brought the first furniture, the guys delivery service broke a part of the fan in my bedroom and they never repaired it even though I reported the problem, sent the message and after so long of trying to fix the problem with them they did nothing and left my fan broken. The truth is that they have very bad customer service after the sale, no one wants to fix the problem and you have to do everything yourself, my wife had to go to the store every time we wanted to solve something because they don't do anything over the phone

Mor furniture, next time I'm furniture shopping I will be back! We upgraded our couch to a do it all cushy amazing piece, so nice! Customer service was top notch! We had a small issue with the sound on our newly delivered sofa. Gustavo made a trip to our house to trouble shoot and fixed the issue (user error, me), that my friends is stellar customer service. Delivery team also deserves a shout out as keeping us in the loop as time of delivery as well as care taken once arrived, kudos gentleman! Mor furniture has more than earned a lifetime customer.

Everything was very good when I went to the store, very good service and excellent customer service but everything started very badly because they were almost 2 weeks late in the delivery of my first furniture, but everything got much worse when they brought the first furniture, the guys delivery service broke a part of the fan in my bedroom and they never repaired it even though I reported the problem, sent the message and after so long of trying to fix the problem with them they did nothing and left my fan broken. if i could give this place zero stars I would!! I went in to buy a couch and table i talked to the sales man Gustavo and he was very polite and patient with us and gave us an estimate on how long it would take for the things to be delivered. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase the items because of how long it would take so i told him I would think on it. I came in the next day looking for him because I wanted to purchase these items but instead I found myself walking around for about 20 minutes looking for someone to help me not to mention the store was empty I finally find two men all the way in the back. I proceeded to tell them I was looking for Gustavo but he had just left. The man told me I could just finalize the sale with him but when he was “explaining” the warranty and delivery options he was speeding through everything and not really explaining anything. He seemed very uninterested in selling me anything. There was 20 minutes left before they closed but I had been searching for someone to help me 20 minutes prior to that! The man then proceeds to tell me “didn’t Gustavo already explain this to you ?” Which I replied “no he just gave us a estimate on how long things would take to get here” he then went on to say it was ridiculous that Gustavo hadn’t explain this to us. The man was being extremely rude which let me to just cancel the whole order because of how rude he was being. He then proceeds to say “then why are you here if you weren’t going to buy anything” I was in shock as to what he had just said I just stood there and told him he was being really rude! But he just shrugged his shoulders and said “ok” without a care in the world. I mean when your job is based on commission you think they would have better customer service but they don’t! Gustavo was a really great employee. He let us look around and feel comfortable looking at new mattresses and wasn’t pushy. We wanted to go and take a look incase we purchased a mattress in the near future. Everything was fine until the manager came and was really insistent on making us buy a mattress and was very pushy and rude about it. We told him we would come another time and he kept making us feel guilty about just looking around stating he needs to sell mattresses and implying to get out if we weren’t gonna purchase anything. He had a bad attitude all around. We said we were fine and were just going to keep looking, but he was super pushy and asked us why we weren’t going to buy anything after telling him multiple times we didn’t have money at the moment. He asked if we liked anything and I said yes. He asked what the problem was, why I wasn’t going to buy it after telling him multiple times that we weren’t going to purchase anything that day. He ALSO said that we were “scaring the other employees”. We were looking around and trying mattresses for about 15 minutes before that. No one came up to us and asked anything except for Gustavo. He also said Gustavo was a bad employee for letting us take our time to look around “instead of making a sale” when he treated us with nothing but kindness and respect. We told him that it’s fine, which he responded with,”No. It’s not okay.” The manager treated us like we didn’t know anything and belittled us because we didn’t want to buy mattresses. Reasonable prices and a good amount of a selection. Sales people are very nice and helpful. Also loved the complimentary soda.

Update:

I've changed my rating to a one star because my furniture was to be delivered yesterday and it was the incorrect piece of furniture. I was told to TEXT customer service because wait times are longer when calling. In the meantime I received a call from the company to confirm the order was incorrect. I asked if I can be compensated since I missed a day of work and will miss another for when the CORRECT item arrives. So the woman (Crystal - dispatcher) said she has to talk to the wearhouse about that and will call me by end of day (6/25/21). Well I never got that call. Six hours later from the time I text customer service I finally got a response via text saying: "Hello. We sincerely apologize for the incorrect item being sent out today, and for the delayed response. The warehouse has notified us that they can deliver your order on Tuesday. We can discuss compensation for your troubles, but do not do so until all of your items are delivered successfully and you are satisfied with them. Please let us know if you will be available for delivery on Tuesday. Thank you." I responded immediately to the text saying I was also offered Saturday delivery and I'm now available to accept that date (6/26/21) and I have NOT received a...
