if i could give this place zero stars I would!! I went in to buy a couch and table i talked to the sales man Gustavo and he was very polite and patient with us and gave us an estimate on how long it would take for the things to be delivered. I was unsure if I wanted to purchase the items because of how long it would take so i told him I would think on it. I came in the next day looking for him because I wanted to purchase these items but instead I found myself walking around for about 20 minutes looking for someone to help me not to mention the store was empty I finally find two men all the way in the back. I proceeded to tell them I was looking for Gustavo but he had just left. The man told me I could just finalize the sale with him but when he was âexplainingâ the warranty and delivery options he was speeding through everything and not really explaining anything. He seemed very uninterested in selling me anything. There was 20 minutes left before they closed but I had been searching for someone to help me 20 minutes prior to that! The man then proceeds to tell me âdidnât Gustavo already explain this to you ?â Which I replied âno he just gave us a estimate on how long things would take to get hereâ he then went on to say it was ridiculous that Gustavo hadnât explain this to us. The man was being extremely rude which let me to just cancel the whole order because of how rude he was being. He then proceeds to say âthen why are you here if you werenât going to buy anythingâ I was in shock as to what he had just said I just stood there and told him he was being really rude! But he just shrugged his shoulders and said âokâ without a care in the world. I mean when your job is based on commission you think they would have better customer service but they donât!    Read moreGustavo was a really great employee. He let us look around and feel comfortable looking at new mattresses and wasnât pushy. We wanted to go and take a look incase we purchased a mattress in the near future. Everything was fine until the manager came and was really insistent on making us buy a mattress and was very pushy and rude about it. We told him we would come another time and he kept making us feel guilty about just looking around stating he needs to sell mattresses and implying to get out if we werenât gonna purchase anything. He had a bad attitude all around. We said we were fine and were just going to keep looking, but he was super pushy and asked us why we werenât going to buy anything after telling him multiple times we didnât have money at the moment. He asked if we liked anything and I said yes. He asked what the problem was, why I wasnât going to buy it after telling him multiple times that we werenât going to purchase anything that day. He ALSO said that we were âscaring the other employeesâ. We were looking around and trying mattresses for about 15 minutes before that. No one came up to us and asked anything except for Gustavo. He also said Gustavo was a bad employee for letting us take our time to look around âinstead of making a saleâ when he treated us with nothing but kindness and respect. Update:
I've changed my rating to a one star because my furniture was to be delivered yesterday and it was the incorrect piece of furniture. I was told to TEXT customer service because wait times are longer when calling. In the meantime I received a call from the company to confirm the order was incorrect. I asked if I can be compensated since I missed a day of work and will miss another for when the CORRECT item arrives. So the woman (Crystal - dispatcher) said she has to talk to the wearhouse about that and will call me by end of day (6/25/21). Well I never got that call. Six hours later from the time I text customer service I finally got a response via text saying: "Hello. We sincerely apologize for the incorrect item being sent out today, and for the delayed response. The warehouse has notified us that they can deliver your order on Tuesday. We can discuss compensation for your troubles, but do not do so until all of your items are delivered successfully and you are satisfied with them. Please let us know if you will be available for delivery on Tuesday. Thank you."
