I will review here the Lotte Mart delivery service: You chose a time but it is barely respected, example I chose several time deliver 9-10 AM, the app show expected delivery after 11 AM and actual delivery is like 10:45. So messy and ZERO communication from them
If you call the hotline to check your order status, they say they will check with the relevant supermarket and call you back but THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK. Liars.
As they delivery many customers at the same time, your fresh or frozen food can stay in the heat for more than one hour just in normal plastic bag. If you ask them to add some ice pack (which should be done automatically with a little bit of commonsense), they just put a tiny one which is totally useless. The team is totally clueless about food safety. Actually few years ago, they were using special bag for keeping products cold so the service got worse with time.
Conclusion: Lotte quality service here is very very far away from Lotte in Korea. I do not know what the management is doing but so far the training and monitoring of the...
Read moreA good brand of a super market. You can find good things with good prices here, especially L Choice and fresh products. Fresh seafoods are recommended the first, vege and fruits are the second, and the third choice is bread. The breads here freshly made and very cheap. Comparison to the other famous supermarket, fresh products of Lotte Mart are much better. But somethings I don’t like are service and attitude of some staffs at prepared food counters. The soy sauces in the sushi section are always out of order. They never restock, and answer clients without responsibility that they don’t know (even the supervisor) when the sauces will be restocked and couldn’t solve the problems. Maybe, the staffs and supervisor don’t care about the client and don’t care that they can sell their sushi or not. It makes me think that is not their business. Besides that, the quality of sushi is not unstable. Sometimes, the sushi tasted horrible. It seems like they were made from thousands years ago. Sushi is not...
Read moreGood variety of stuff if you're buying for home (nuts, chips, sacies, coffee, dried fruits), decent variety of alcohols, fresh fruit and veg, meats and frozen foods for eating in Vietnam. Beautiful fresh baguettes, cakes, crossaints and other deserts. They've also got a food court area inside with hot and cold food to eat in or takeaway. And a decent number of tables. Assorted sushi, Korean food, fried chicken, noodles, rice bowls. And very cheap (eg 49vd for a seafood udon noodle stir-fry). Great spot for a cheap eat. I did find some of the staff either to be very watchful or a bit too enthusiastic, especially around the coffee area. Located inside the Lotte shopping centre, downstairs (same Lotte with the observation deck). Big brand retailers on multiple levels in the complex. Note that if you have a backpack they may make you store it, free lockers at the escalators and using facial recognition (3hr max use). A Grab car from old quarter...
