The service is atrocious. The old lady was no help at all and spoke poorly to me. She would repeat herself when a situation arose and was completely useless when assisting me and neglected to make me feel like a welcomed guest. She accused me of credit fraud when I provided endless amounts of ID to prove my identity. The other staff also stood by and backed her threats up and made sure I knew every other guest was much more welcome than I. If you want a place where you pay large amounts of money to be told to ‘cancel the reservation’ after already paying and being there to stay, I would recommend here.
