You should be ashamed of yourself for making my young daughter cry! Was not understanding, was very rude, laughing and smurking at us. Sarcastically calling us "very special people " Just because my daughter has a severe peanut allergy and lung issues! We had a table of 8 inside and forced us to go ouside to eat to be fair for other customers just because my daughter bought along her own food. I had previously messaged them but hadnt yet got reply in regards to allergy therefore was force to bring along food that was safe for her just incase. We even said we were happy to order extra food for her but still told to go outside as she didnt think was cold, despite explaining that my daughter is cold and has lung issues. After a long time spent trying to explain to the waitress/manager, I had even presented by EpiPen as proof she sarcastically approved and said ok "So are you going to order?!" We only agreed to stay because our friends were hungry. While we were looking at the menu I told my daught its ok to finish off your own food now. My daughter said no, I asked her why? Her reply to me was that she is scared. Tears were rolling down her face, my emotion was high and too broke down in tears. If you can't be accommodating then at least dont be rude about it!!!! Plus you should review your restaurant policy, as no where does it state can not bring own food!!! Absolutely ridiculous that we had to eat outside, having child with lung issues and being anaphylaxis! Now that is not fair and unjustified for! People having to live with a life long critical condition is already a disadvantage, my daughter is stripped from her freedom to eat and enjoy everything. But to make my 9yo feel like she is doing something wrong, you should be ashamed...
Read moreWhat a RUDE waitress ( hopefully not supervisors or manager)who hosting our seats and explained no outside drinks which I totally understand, but you need to explain it politely. Don't treat me and my wife like a criminal. The way that you explain to us was extremely aggressive and offensive, do not give yourself a excuse "can't speak good English"
After ordered and served, i realized oil on top of miso ramen soup was so thick which was unusual than normal what we had, so i separated some part of it into the spoon, i asked the same waitress if this is normal and she said "yes, this is what normally served" then walked a way. After what she said i was so SHOCKED and I left the rest on the table without touching it. When someone collected my ramen (not sure the same waitress) no one asked is there any problems or ask for feedback.
Look, i've been supported NAO since it open when you guys was located at Murray street and I pretty sure "you" are not even start working and I definitely understand the flavour more than you do.
To the owner: I'm so disappointed the way that your staffs to treat their customers, there are so many competitions out there as you know ,such as there is one opposite the road, Ipputo, Ichiran etc.. if you cannot maintains the quality of soup based and service it will fall faster that you think and no point for me to drive 30mins away to your restaurant. In fact you have just lost 2 long terms customer who had supported you since you...

What you need to know before coming: If you like to see clearly what food you are eating, you might need a pair of night vision goggles. I’ve perfect eyesight and it’s quite hard to adjust as the walk to this restaurant is brightly lighted and once u step in, the darkness is overwhelming. It is as though I’m dining at “Dialogue in the Dark” and they are trying to hide the imperfections behind poor lightings.
It’s 1.45pm and it’s 3/4 full. The air conditioning is very weak despite the amount of people dining. LOL this is funny cause I almost never see my wife sweat while eating.
Their ramen offer a lot of customisation and it’s vegetarian friendly. Their serving is generous as well considering the amount of vegetables per ramen. I like it that their green tea is served in a pot for two rather than individual servings. The menu is very comprehensive, just that the photos won’t be able to do any justice to the ramen under the poor lighting. Every ramen photo looks similar in this situation. If you are a very visual person when it comes to selecting what food to have, luckily these days phones are bright enough to light up the menu at least.
Commendable point will be their collection of empty bowls. They are very prompt, probably once u sit upright and stop eating; they will offer to...
