We came from a cruise ship. The tickets to the water park included a shuttle to and from the water park. The tickets were bought beforehand. For the experience with the baha Bay crew and cruise ship tickets, there was a lot of confusion and staffs are not prepared on how to deal with converting the tickets to wrist bands and scanning wrist bands. There seems to be system error on scanning the bands and from the entrance of the park, I felt like we were passed on to one employee to the next and “figured” it out. When it came time for lunch, that was the worst part. The employee couldn’t waive off the free meal included in our pass, the huffing bd puffing like it’s our fault. Not to mention we bought a pass for our 3 year old bd they didn’t give her a wrist band, saying she was free so when it came time for lunch, we had no lunch for her. Had to share from our menu ( a small menu for meal voucher to choose from). We wasted 40 mins just waiting on ordering food. Later when the manger waived the system error, they took all our wrist bands away and told us we don’t need it. I mentioned my wrist band is tied to the locker I bought with our stuff stored in it still ( she looked dumb founded and said oh, come back in 45 mins to pick up the wrist band). I also mention how inconvenienced it has been for my family group and I as we have been wasting time figuring their error. Anyways I left bf came back at 1:30pm as the manger advised. It’s now 1:50 pm and I am told by the employee she left at 1:30pm to go get the problem fixed. I still waiting and still need the wrist bands so that we can get on our shuttle with it. My whole time here at this park has been spent trying to resolve their system problem. You can’t even enjoy your vacation, making sure everything is properly done so I can get my storage in the locker and make it back to the shuttle by 3:15. I’m pretty disappointed by the whole service and error system here. The staffs needs a better system to help tourist on cruise ships trying to enjoy their in and out stay...
Read moreKids under 48” can't go on larger rides which is understandable but the fact that they don't inform you when buying tickets is strange! Also the slides for kids was closed everytime we went there, 3 times in one day! It took hours for them to clean the area if a kid had an accident. They said it takes 45 min for sanitation but took hours. We paid over a 1k to walk in the over-rated Park with our day pass! Do yourself a favour and go to Atlantis... In Bahamar is a waste of your koneybubless if you stay in the hotel! I even asked to see a manager but no one to attend to your issues!
Dear Owner ( in respond to below response from the owner):
Unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as we had hoped. In our recent visit to your park with three children, aged 5 and 6. we were not told at the ticket office that there will be only 1 slidde available to them due to their age/height. I didn't chek your website to read the fine lines. This shouldd be communicatedd at the ticket office .
We encountered a significant wait from 2:30 to 5:00 PM for the ONLY slides available to our children. Despite being repeatedly told that they would reopen in half an hour, this continued until closing time. I observed the issue firsthand, leading to the eventual closure of the park due to a minor accident. Regrettably, no manager took responsibility for the situation.
To add to our disappointment, we were informed by your team member that the cleaning team was unavailable to address the issue promptly. Given that we paid over $1000 for our visit, this experience left us feeling that our money was wasted.
In an attempt to address our concerns, I requested a credit to return the following day. Unfortunately, no manager was available to attend to our issues at that time. This lack of responsiveness was highly unprofessional and has left us hesitant to recommend or return to your establishment.
I sincerely hope that you can look into these matters and take appropriate steps to ensure a more positive experience for your patrons...
Read moreI chose this place for my shore excursion during a cruise. The representative from the resort that met us at the cruise ship was nice along with our bus driver, although he did drive on the wrong side of the road the whole way to the water park. I rented a locker and discovered my wristband would only read on one of the readers, the employee assisting me did not seem too concerned about that. But the smaller locker had plenty of room for my shoes, towel, and change of clothes. I had intentionally gone on a cruise during the off-season so there were not many people there and no one from our cruise came with any children. I waited less than 5 minutes to go on all the slides, although I was refused entry to one slide as they required 2 people and there were not any other single attendees around at the time. Several rides had weight restrictions and there were scales at the entrances of the lines as well as at the top of the platforms for those with a weight limit. Great idea so you can weigh yourself before waiting only to be turned away. The lazy river was nice until a few drunk guys showed up being obnoxious for a while. All the employees were very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Since there were so few people there it did not take long to do everything, I think when I did the wave pool there was only 1 other person in it with me. I also walked out to the beach and small pier that had some nice seats in the shade to watch the waves. Lunch was included in the fee we paid the cruise line and each eatery had a separate cruise menu with limited options. While waiting to get on the bus to go back to the ship the resort representative was talking to the bus driver (the busses were operated by a separate tour company) about bringing his kids to the water park and told him it was only $35 a person to get in. Significantly less than the price we paid even considering...
