I was drawn in by the wonderful fragrances, but experienced Excellent Customer Service hands down!Tyasia (I’m sure that’s not how you spell it) was a sweetheart, very personable, attentive and a great representative of not only this establishment, but of the Bahamas as well. I would rate -1 if it would be possible. I bought a souvenir at My Ocean store in Lynden Pindling airport. The woman who attended there spoke so low that it was difficult to listen. When she charged my card she insulted me and my daughter because she thought we were mocking her. I told her that I would not buy anything and she refused to refund the money.
