Well let’s start with the greeting at the host stand — they for 1. Did not want to sit us with our reservation being at 9:30pm as the concierge told us and we arrived not a minute late to check in. We were a party of 9 and one of the host referred to my nephew as “that ” , for context they said is it just you all and that, which is extremely disrespectful (this should have been my first red flag entering the restaurant). Upon sitting the waitress was rushing the overall service of dinner — I understand if your closing time is 10pm , but when you’ve reserved a table weeks in advance for a group you should have prepared for it. Especially if the reservation is being done by the hotel concierge for guests staying in the hotel. The overall table maintenance was lacking , the waitress could not even pour the still water we asked for and opted for just placing them on the table. She never bothered to check if dinner was good or if we needed anything. She essentially did not do anything for the table other than possibly bring us a few drinks , taking the order , and throwing the tab at us. I was going to let the lack of service slide , but it honestly was the last straw when the waitress quite literally threw the tab at my mother. Please do not eat here , especially with a group of people. The bartender who we ordered drinks from was so much nicer and I actually approached her after dinner to let her know that she was fantastic but the waitress was absolutely terrible. Overall the food was mediocre and its not worth the price point. The ceviche was inedible. The only food item with flavor were the shishito peppers, but that’s obvious. We had dinner at Marcus the night before and the ambiance , service , and food is astronomically better. Maybe it is a long walk , but opt for having dinner there as you won’t be leaving...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Cinko Asian Latino Grill and was thoroughly impressed. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere was vibrant and created a lively dining setting, adding to the overall enjoyment of the experience. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. Each dish we tried was bursting with flavor, showcasing the perfect fusion of Asian and Latino culinary influences. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was deliciously satisfying. However, I must address one aspect that left me slightly disappointed. When we ordered two Mojitos, each priced at $18, we were surprised to discover an additional $35 alcohol fee on our bill. This unexpected charge significantly increased the cost of our drinks, resulting in a total of $71 for two cocktails. While the quality of the drinks was excellent, the added expense left a bit of a sour taste. Despite this, I still highly recommend Cinko Asian Latino Grill for its great food, wonderful atmosphere, and attentive service. Just be mindful of potential extra charges when ordering alcohol, as it may impact your overall dining experience. Overall, my visit to Cinko Asian Latino Grill was memorable, and I look forward to returning to enjoy their fantastic...
Read moreI can’t review with zero stars so I will give one. We ate here last night. Upon arrival our outdoor table wasn’t available so we sat inside which was fine. A few of us started with appetizers which were good. I attempted to order the beef tenderloin main course, and it wasn’t available. The asparagus side for $10 was hysterical looking. It consisted of just the stalks-probably about 3 of them total cut into 2-3 inch pieces. My daughter ordered an avocado roll. The 6 pieces were the size of the sushi you get at a cheap sushi buffet or a grocery and were about a half an inch in diameter. Her food came approximately 15 mins after all of ours and there was no apology. The bill came and it was $18. We couldn’t believe this and we said something to our waiter. He went to the GM to tell him about our complaint. He retuned and said they would discuss this for the future. They did nothing for us, as they said it was a special order item…seriously? …an avocado roll?!?! We asked our waiter to send the GM over so we could talk to him. My husband told him that he wasn’t paying this bill and to take it off. The GM was rude, abrasive, and unprofessional but he begrudgingly did as he was told and took the $18 off. For Cinko’s sake, I doubt he will be the...
