This little authentic hotel is a real gem in the heart of the fabulous town of Brugge. Friendly atmosphere, lovely chat with Lander (the owner) every morning at the breakfast time, when all guest are sitting around the big table like a family and discussing plans for this day and impressions of the previous. ||||The room is spacious with everything needed, including a boiling kettle and a set of teas and coffee in sachets. The furniture seems to be sort of antique, including a big wardrobe with patinee mirror. Windows are great and also authentic.||||The whole place has its soul. It's located in the very center, a few minutes walk to the Grote Markt, The Belfry Tower, Stadhuis and the Cathedral. If you need a bus stop, it's round the corner, together with souvenir boutiques, art galleries, restaurants and street food, naturally - it's the very centre!||||Besides, Lander knows his hometown perfectly well and gives every guest a very special guide of Brugge and neighbourhood with his advice and coupons. And you can ask him any question, not only on Brugge - in our breakfast conversations I learnt a lot about Belgium, France, his family and his travel experience.||||You get much more than you pay for.||||I'd recommend it definitely and would like to return there if I'm...
Read moreMy wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of our 6-week trip to Europe. We were looking for a quiet and comfortable place to wind down after our hectic travels, and Bruges was an excellent choice. And I feel like we lucked out in selecting Tripel B as our hotel.||Our stay was excellent! Lander, the manager/owner, met us and offered us a beer when we arrived, and gave us lots of information and insights about what to do in Bruges. He provides his own, regularly updated guide to Bruges, and is also a tour guide for the Bruges walking tours.||The location is excellent, on a quiet street despite just being a few minutes walk to Bruges' main streets. The room was clean and comfortable.||The breakfast was definitely a highlight - a great selection of breads, fruit, cereal, cheese, ham, and yogurt. But the best was definitely the eggs, cooked by Lander to your liking! Chatting with Lander and the other guests over breakfast was definitely a highlight of our week.||We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bruges, and would recommend this BnB to...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I had a lovely long weekend staying at Tripel B, thanks to the amazing owner Lander. He greeted us when we first arrived and was always happy to give recommendations for what we should do with our days. He is one of the guides for the Legends of Bruges free walking tour, which I strongly advise doing! As Lander is a massive beer enthusiast - the walls along the stairways are covered with bottles of just a fraction of the beers he has tried - he also gave great suggestions for bars to try and beers to sample.||||Every morning, Lander made a delicious breakfast. As the hotel only has three rooms, all the visitors would end up sitting around the breakfast table chatting, which made for a fantastic start to each day. ||||Room was clean and comfortable - and extremely well priced. We hope to return to Bruges in the future, and Tripel B will be the first place we check for...
