Helen Fin Inn & Apartment, Phnom Penh — Hotel in Khan Boeng Keng Kang

Some pointers that's really helpful. If you are looking for a short stay with cheap pricing and good location than I would highly recommend Helen. It's super cheap for hotel room.

There were insects like 3 of it when I came into the room. One was a bed bug, mosquitos and flies. I had to open the door and balcony to have to fly out. I had skin rashes when I lay on the bed after 20mins.

This place is not good for longer stay commitment.The walls are very thin, I could hear every movement next door or outside. The electricity shuts up every now and then. Pay another 150 and you can have times square with better management and peace or even m residence gets you better quality. Both are within walking distance.

I would not recommend to stay at this place. I had a bad experience ever stay at their place. They are like thieves to make customers pay for cleaning services. I accidentally on period on the day I stay at the Helen and they make me pay for Quilt cover $45, Mattress cover $30, Towel $16 and Pillowcase $4. This is unacceptable price for laundry service charge I ever met and...
