Bona Hotel (Hostel, Private Rooms, and Restaurant) — Hotel in Khan Daun Penh

Bathrooms have no hooks to hang a bag, towel, clothes. Does the owner not care about the service he provides?

Bathrooms were quite dirty, even the windows ledges for putting soap bottles or items were disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Place is quite, rooms are clean. Unfortunately I was put in a room with a strange Indian man who removed his clothes during the night while intoxicated and tried to come into my room.. After alerting the staff in the middle of the night and requesting they call the police urgently, they said its not possible to call, i then requested they call the emergency number but they refused. They didn't seem to understand the severity and thought moving me rooms is an appropriate solution. After some firm words they decided to remove the other guest. I understand this is not comfortable for the staff to deal with but please please educate the staff on the severity of this issue as the hotel can also legally be held liable if something worse were to have happened..

I received no compensation and being unable to sleep after the incident. Atleast offer a full refund.. what a joke of a place. Shame on the owner for not...
