Thinking it was a "Boutique hotel" was a mistake, imagine mad monkey without the party. Rooms are a sad state and covered in perfume/bleach/softeners and I didn't enjoy anything, bed was too soft matched with lumpy hard pillows (my bed was like a hammock, no support and I sunk in to it),TV cable broken, Aircon so poor and noisy, doors not sealed, locks faulty, fridge smelly/noisy and everything ment a trip to reception.......want room cleaned.... reception, want water...across from reception, want to talk to reception......go to reception, want to complain at 0300 that block is noisy.....get up and down to reception. They informed me when I came in I had to request my room cleaned......at reception but I didn't realise I'd be micro managing my stay, from pillows to water To bin bags, floods and batteries,I had to chase staff down. I was so fed up I just gave up asking as English is not understood or spoken. The odd word like tour, cash and beer was clear however speak in a sentence and you get "WHAT" barked in your face. Flooding from rain happened, water literally pouring in under and through the door, I nipped to reception for help and I get a young lad point at pool towels.....I spent all evening mopping up water and wringing out towels.

Staff are so full of excuses it's unreal......"I just learning".....is the best I've heard and I get it however I don't believe it. Aircon was loud so I get staff, he claims he's an expert however when I went into basics he couldn't hold up. I tried to explain a room needs to be sealed for Aircon to work efficiently and coil may be frozen. He advised me to use it pointed at my bed at 16°, I explained I wanted the room cool and conditioned and have the fan for what he's advising however he looked perplexed and said they're all like this. Second room was no better as the grate was removed from the Aircon outside so it sounded like a helicopter. A language barrier with concierge despite him trying his best throughout our stay even though he seemed fed up too(older gentleman in shirt/front of house was patient and helpful all the rest were on break on their phones everytime I see them) The staff smile but hover, I see the jobs need doing however they so slow keep sitting for breaks on their phones. Stop the phones, work means work. If they've finished their job they must find another not linger. I'm not from Asia so everyone Asian looks the same and I have no idea who staff are other than the reception.

The pool was nice however two hard basketballs 24/7,bang bang bang, splash in the face with force and the cleaner started cleaning the pool @6-7 and still going gone 0900 daily(good hygiene but in your own time.....like I said, a hostel)No early morning swim or in with the chemicals or basket ball players later on, no peace by the pool and nowhere near enough seating. I got in early accidentally when the treatment was in and when the staff finally came told us I asked why no sign, he pointed to a sign (the yellow slippery surface one)I saw the cleaner put out before she mopped the floor, how was I too know that ment "chemical hazard" too. To let the lady's who knows what I mean but the PH is f'd down there now....

Regardless it wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't what it was made out to be. It's basically a hostel with cheap basic private rooms and long termers.

I'm not sure what's going on with the garbage pile down the side of the block however hotels with no garbage collection are a no no for me.

Lastly the thin white satin curtains in "jade" are useless, so is the matteress, Aircon, locks and...

My girlfriend and I stayed in a standard double room with a private bathroom on the upper floor.|On arrival, we were greeted by receiving a cold towel to cool us down along with a welcome ice tea.|Check in was a quick and easy process and our bags were carried to our room for us.|In the room we had a television, kettle, fridge and bottled water.|The room was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with toilet paper provided. We were also provided with towels and soap. Air conditioning and the fan worked great in keeping us cool.|We slept well every night. There was a wedding on the same street but ear plugs did their job.|There is a swimming pool outside which is handy for cooling off, although my opinion was that there aren’t enough sun beds or space to cover everyone. Not too much of an issue for us though as we were out most of the days.|The hotel offers assistance with booking day trips such as Angkor Wat, and they are very knowledgable. For reasonable prices they also assist with tuktuk drivers, which we used for Angkor and the Apopo Visitors Center.|The restaurant has some great breakfasts on offer, ranging from eggs, toast and sausages to fruit salads and cups of tea or coffee. The breakfast was free with our room and lunch and dinner are also relatively cheap.|The WiFi near the pool was better than the WiFi in our room, which to be honest wasn’t brilliant but was ok.|There was also two power cuts one night, but I think this affected other places on the street too so I don’t think this was at the fault of the hotel.|There is laundry service for $1.00 per kilo.|The staff are super friendly and they always have a smile on their face, they are very welcoming.|All in all I would absolutely recommend staying here if in Siem Reap, it is great...

Today is February 28, 2025 and I paid for 7 days from the agoda app, I signed in on March 2 and signed out on March 9. I went to see the hotel and told them that I had a reservation and that I would be coming in two days, they looked at it on the computer and said it was approved, they said you can come in 2 days, I thanked them, I was about to leave, they called me to come back and asked me to pay 50 dollars in cash, I told them that this would not be possible, did they already pay with a credit card, if so, they said I cannot take you to the hotel, I said I would complain to the police, they kicked me out of the hotel saying you can complain wherever you want, it is 17:46 right now, I have been explaining the incident at the tourist police station for about 2 hours, I have an e-mail in my hand showing that I rented the hotel, I have an income, I have an e-mail showing that it was approved, I have a confirmation number from the application on ago, even though I have everything, they mocked me at the police station and said there is nothing we can do, and they took me out of the police station and said tell someone else about your problem, they will understand you, be very careful, even if you have deposited money before coming to the hotel, they may not let you in when you check in, just like I did, and the police do not help in any way for this, something like this happened to me, I have visited about 12 countries, be very...

Nice hotel with super friendly service. Big smiles upon arrival, cold drink & cool towel. Just traveled 3 months in SE Asia and haven't been welcomed like this. Quick check-in process and taken to my room by helpful staff member who then switched all the appliances on for me, the room was cool within minutes. Decent size room with ceiling fan and cool air conditioning, nice little fridge to keep my water and face towel cold. Unfortunately, the TV didn't work but don't watch TV much so I didn't ask to get it fixed. Bathroom good enough toothbrush, shampoo & soap provided and the strong water pressure was a huge bonus. Very simple breakfast provided 7-10am in the front cafe space. Eggs & fresh baguette or noodles + coffee/ tea (iced coffee for a small charge). The pool and outdoor area is super nice, cool atmosphere - can order food & drink to consume there. Oasis in Siem Reap! The property is just far enough distance away from down town you don't really need a tuktuk, its not even 5 minutes walk. Stayed here 4 nights, great deal!

Cheapest website to book is agoda (or directly to them) we had a big room on the ground floor with aircon, a fridge and you have to put the sign "please make up my room" if you want new water and towels everyday. We had terrace but with no view (not a big deal for us) Breakfast everyday from 6.30 to 10am. Avoid the baguette and jam and go for the fried rice. Definitely the best. They offer to book tuktuk: 5$ to airport (free when you arrive) 15$ whole day Angkor wat, 18$ if you add sunrise and 5$ for the sunset. Laundry is 1$ per kg which is average. We got our clothes pretty quickly. (Few hours later). Plenty of mosquitoes everywhere even if they try to get rid of them. Also small swimming pool and Jacuzzi with seawater for free. Finally Wi-Fi was really bad, they tried to reboot but nothing changed. Would recommend. Ps. The local restaurant across the street is really good and cheap. Staff is super welcoming. The French bakery on the left few meters away, give us the wrong change 3 times and same to our friends...Would avoid.
