MarvelInn Siem Reap — Hotel in Siem Reap

Good Excellent location. (Walking distance to the famous Pub Street and all the street vendors) but quiet at night so don't have to worry that you cannot sleep well.

Spacious room. King Size Bed, a small living room at the side of the bed and bathroom. Balcony is for hanging/drying my laundry. My room balcony is facing a pagoda just behind the apartment.

Housekeeping is provided daily, if needed just let the owners know about it.

Aircon in good working condition, cool the room quickly. TV with local TV box in working condition.

Things to take note. WiFi can be unstable. So if one is to rely solely on WiFi then it will be an issue. Best to own a Sim card to have better and smooth Internet connection.

Probably require a spare power switch key or some ideas to at least keep the fridge electricity on at all times in order to keep drinks/foods cold. Maybe idea such as can place a fridge at the reception counter for guests who which to keep their drinks/foods cold. A humble suggestion to the owners to look into it.

The drainage system is abit slow to me, although there are 2 in the bathroom itself. Good water pressure from shower to be maintain, felt that the water pressure alittle not strong enough. A little adjustment should fix it.

Don't think twice (!!) - stay here when you come to Siem Reap!! 😍

We absolutely loved our stay in MarvelInn Seam Reap. We were able to get into our room at 11am. The room was quiet with a beautiful view on to greenery which is pretty hard to come by in Siem Reap. It was cleaned to the highest standard and had the most comfortable bed, amazing pressure hot shower, and a comfy sofa to relax. We had a kitchen in our room too so we could cook and it also had a big fridge to store our food. Amazing value for money!

The highlight of staying here, though, was the lovely family running the place. They were incredibly friendly, always there to help, and they went above and beyond in this department. They gave us unlimited drinking water, fruit, yummy spring rolls, and banana chips. They also cleaned our room to the highest standard when we requested during our 5-day stay. We also got given souvenirs at the end by the team, which was so heartwarming. We are really grateful to have met the Marvelinn team!

The accommodation is next to supermarkets and laundrette (1 minute walk), and it is 5 minutes' walk into the center of Seam Reap, so to Pub Street and tonnes of restaurants, the night markets and other shops. There are lovely bakeries and cool, trendy but cheap bars even closer to the accommodation.

This was the perfect stay - we have no complaints. You will not be disappointed staying at Marvelinn.

The room had everything I needed during my stay. I appreciated the heavy window curtains that blocked the light when I wanted to sleep in. The location is within walking distance to tourist destinations, many restaurants and cafés; I recommend checking out the APOPO Visitor Center, Angkor Botanical Garden, and seeing the bat colony at the Royal Independence Gardens at dusk. The owners are highly attentive and responsive. I stayed for over a month; they made sure the room was cleaned each week and restocked with fresh sheets and towels. They also shared some home-made foods with me, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so kind, and I had no problems. I would absolutely stay here again.
