Worst Customer Service ever. We arrived on Sat June 8th 2019, we were 5 families looking for 5rooms that we originally confirmed and reserved at front desk walking in. we paid for 3 rooms in full and reserved 2 rooms for the remaining families since we all wanted to stay in the same motel. the demand was high and we made sure to have those 2 rooms and confirmed it with the recipient. ||||when our 2 other families arrived the recipient said there is no more rooms available as he made a mistake there is only 1 room with 1 bed left $125, we asked why would he sell it off he was suppose to keep 2 rooms for us he denied and ignored his fault and he started to being rude when we asked him to compensate us for his mistake and rent us the 1 bed room for $100, he went to the extent of telling us to pay $125 or leave the motel and pay $20 penalty for 3 rooms. this made us more disappointed and mad that he completely ignored his mistake and asking us to leave now. this behavior is an example of poor customer service and a greedy person who sold the room for extra money and lied to us about the whole thing. We had no choice but to leave the motel and get our money back he wasted our time and left us disappointed with 5 families. What a poor customer service and dishonesty of this person.||||Negativity, Room #28 washroom door knob was broken from inside, I got stuck for 10mins and my wife got stuck too, stairs going up towards room #28 is Very unsafe and trip hazardous. the Wifi is not working at all.||||I will never go to this motel again in my life, as I am a frequent tourist in...

I stayed here for 1.5 nights with my girlfriend. I woke up the first night with bites all over my body and stupidly thought I had been bitten by mosquitos. The second night my girlfriend was trying to sleep when she felt something bite her. We turned on the lamp and found bed bugs crawling EVERYWHERE. (We have photos)
We went into the office at 2 am and told the guy we wanted our money back and were going to stay at another hotel. He gave us 137$ of the original 200$, and we said we weren't leaving until we had the full refund- we didn't pay just to be bitten alive by bedbugs. We had THREE bedbugs in a plastic up to show him and the guy even had the audacity to say we could have gotten them from anywhere. The guy refused to give us the full refund and grabbed our backpacks and threw them on the curb and pressed up against my girlfriend. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. Management is aggressive and absolutely unacceptable. We're going to file a complaint with the health department. Not only that but we had reason to believe they didn't wash the sheets before we arrived.
