Allways Antique Photo — Attraction in Niagara Falls

My husband and i stopped in about five minutes ago. We are on our honeymoon from the states. We spoke to a very nice brown haired young lady who gave us all the information abt their packages. After all of the site seeing we both needed to use the restroom. We were escorted through the front room,through the second room, and to the back room. Apparently as i used the rest room first a racist customer in the second room refused to take their pictures unless my husband went back to the front room. Mind u, he was not even in the room that racist woman was in. To top it off the racist womans entire family was lounging acrossed both couches in the seating area like it was a frat house. So basically she expected my husband to stand near the front door!!! Initially we left very upset and wanted to leave a complaint. But after calling the business to express how upset i was the lovely young lady who spoke with us initially convinced us to come back and apologized a million times. Clearly she was upset by the way this woman treated my husband as well. We got our pictures taken and felt great after leaving! She saved the day because we were extremely upset! Had the worst experience here with my family, Before paying we let the staff know that we had a child with Autism and they seemed to understand, once payment was made they were completely closed to the thought of our child. They were told that she won’t be able to stay in the small space for a long time has it would be overwhelming. So we came up with the idea that we would walk up and down the street until they were ready for us, once called in they had us waiting inside for over 45mins, while they were shooting another customer. At this point my daughter was stimulated and totally not in the mood we didn’t even get a chance to dress up with any prompts at all, they took 6 pictures and none of them were good but we were forced to buy them after all the time and money it took for this to happen.

Totally unprofessional and they had the gut to ask for a tip …. Truly a disappointment. We have been here on other occasions multiple times but when it comes to understanding of others needs and differences all staff lack the training or they just don’t care.. they got $15 a head and they also charged for 3 children that are young than 3 years old..

We can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by one of their long time staff instantly. That always makes a gigantic difference. The process of selecting the "genre" was a breeze because they have about 50 amazing photos on the wall showcasing each style. The clothes definitely fit over your clothes but don't look baggy or gross. I was so impressed myself with the pinstripe suit ensemble. My wife looked amazing in her 1920's dress with the head dress. The photographer knew immediately what might look nice and set out a few outfits for the lady. The photoshoot showcased her skills acquired over 8 YEARS of experience. Well done. We looked great, the props were just right, and next time we are in town I would 1000% do another photo shoot with this company.
