I came to Cannery Lofts with group of lady friends. We booked two rooms one has 4 bedrooms and one has 3 bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms said it has two levels, we were all thinking it's gonna be loft given the name of the hotel however it had one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms were in the basement. The ensuite room is one of the room in the basement, and one additional full bath on each level. The living space is extremely spacious and well equipped kitchen with different small appliances. The 3 bedroom room had all 3 rooms on the same level. The largest room does not have ensuite, one of the smaller bedroom has ensuite and one additional full bath for the other two rooms to share. The location is not the best view as it's not at the fall but if you don't mind the view, It's definitely the cutest place you want to stay. Walking distance to close by attractions and plenty of parking in front and on the side of the hotel. I think I'll only book Cannery loft from now on if we come visit Niagara falls in group.

The newly opened Cannery Lofts offer studio-apartment like hotel suites located less than a 5 minute walk to Clifton Hills. Their modern and spacious rooms offer a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere that make you feel like you aren’t 5 minutes away from the strip. I believe every room includes a kitchenette, which is a great feature especially for those spending multiple nights in the area! I was so happy with how clean and well kept the hotel is from the rooms, and bathrooms to the common area. One thing to mention though was that there wasn’t bottled water on site at the time of our stay, but perhaps it was only for the time that we were there. We suggest bringing your own but hopefully management will be able to attend to this issue going forward! I would also like to call attention to Lara, Anthony, and Kat who who were extremely polite and accommodating throughout our stay. They made sure to go above and beyond when tending to our needs!

I stayed in March, 2024. I actually love the place! Great value for your bucks. Convenience location. Parking is extra because.. all hotels by Niagara do that. Not a problem. Walking distance to Clifton Hill with lots of food options. You can get to the Falls with Wego. You get a very big room with a kitchen with literally everything you need; even at and pepper, kettle to make hot water, fridge, nice decorated room and nice shower. Yes the walls does seem a bit thin that you can hear kids running in the hallway but hey.. it's not a deal breaker for me. There's also construction noice like some of the other reviews said .. you can't help it. Accept it. In a year there won't be noices but price prolly double triple bc it'll be popular I promise you.

I wish this wasn’t my review because it was a clean hotel and obviously brand new, but the disrespect from the manager after the experience we had (which you can read below) caused me to post. Less than 48 hours in Niagara Falls and our trip was severely impacted by the inaccurate website descriptions of rooms and mismanagement of their hotel.

For Christmas last year, we booked a weekend away in Niagara Falls for my in-laws and my family (my husband and my 15 month old). We were really excited to come and I thought I hit the jackpot by finding Cannery Lofts to book.

When I booked the rooms, I chose a 2 bedroom suite. At the time, there weren’t options listed on the website as to which “type” of two-bedroom to book (which I know there are now). I just chose what I thought would be the best room to travel with my in-laws (who are 70) and my baby. I also assumed there would be 2 bathrooms because the website said the two bedrooms had two bathrooms. When we got there, we were given room 214, which was not a two bedroom by definition (just having a pull out couch does not make it a bedroom) and there were not two bathrooms. There was no way I could make that room work with the crib, and my elderly in-laws, so I had to go back to the desk and ask for a new room. Mind you, this is after a 4 hour drive and my child desperately needed a nap, which we didn’t have a room to do that in.

We were then moved to room 204 around 5pm. 204 was fantastic, and exactly what I anticipated for the weekend. But we were told it was not available for Saturday. The front desk told us that we would then be moved into rooms 105 and 104 the next day, and they said 105 would be ready whenever we wanted it Saturday morning. So, we packed all of our bags, food, breast milk, and snacks into the crib, and went down to the lobby to get the key to 105 at 9am on Saturday morning. I bet you can guess that it wasn’t ready… so we went back up to 204 and kept our stuff packed in the crib and went to walk around until the room would be ready.

Around noon, we were told 105 was ready, but 104 was not. So we moved all of our stuff into room 105, and waited until 4pm until 104 was ready.

As you can see, this was less than ideal. In 36 hours of being in Canada, we were in 3 different rooms. We could not unpack our things. We could not get comfortable. My child’s nap kept getting pushed all around because we didn’t have a place to land that had our things unpacked. We were living out of bags, and couldn’t even use the amenities in the rooms because we weren’t in one place long enough to do so. This was really unfortunate.

The hotel didn’t do anything to remedy this for us. The manager has ignored my emails and has shown their true colors. I will not stay here again as there are plenty of other hotels that function better than this one and wouldn’t have put us through what they did with no...

Cutting off multiple times like it wouldn't even load the Netflix menu half the time to even put anything on to watch or...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cannery Lofts Niagara, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.

Room: The room was immaculate and extremely clean, which I truly appreciated. It was also very spacious, with a kitchen complete with dishes and utensils, a big fridge, and a microwave. The room also featured a very large smart TV with subscription-based channels, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The shower was fantastic, offering a refreshing experience each time. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very fast, making it easy to stay connected.

Dining: While the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant, the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

Service: The staff at Cannery Lofts Niagara went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Upon arrival, the reception staff showed me the room before I paid, just to make sure I liked it—a level of service I've rarely encountered. They were always available to assist with any request, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls by walking, making it easy to explore the area. There is plenty of paid parking space available, which is very convenient.

Overall Experience: My experience at Cannery Lofts Niagara was outstanding. The cleanliness of the hotel, the well-appointed room, the fast Wi-Fi, and the professional staff made for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in...
