Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience I had during my recent visit to the Zombie Attack attraction, which I attended yesterday with my family and friends.
One of your employees, named Pooja, who was working in customer service, displayed extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. While I was seated with my 2-year-old child, she abruptly approached us and told me, in a very disrespectful tone, that we were not allowed to sit there. I calmly responded and mentioned that this should have been informed at the time of entry.
To make matters worse, there were no remaining seats for my child, and when I raised this concern, she rudely told us to go out and wait for the next turn. This was very upsetting, especially since my child was crying and wanted to stay with his friends and other young children who had already been seated.
My main concern is about the mismanagement at the entrance. If Ms. Pooja was responsible for distributing 3D glasses and monitoring entry, why wasn't the number of guests being counted properly? There should be a system in place to match the number of available seats to the number of guests allowed in. The lack of coordination and poor customer handling reflects badly on your service.
To be spoken to rudely, especially in front of others, was extremely embarrassing. I expect better service, especially in a family-friendly environment. The overall experience was very disappointing, and I sincerely hope this is addressed seriously.
I would appreciate a written response from the management explaining what actions will be taken regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreI visited this Zombie Attack during my trip to Niagara Falls in Late August/Early Sept. 2022. It was a rainy day and we decided to participate in indoor activities. We purchased the fun pass which includes admission to 6 attractions, Zombie Attack being one of them. There was no line when we went in but once we were seated people started coming rather quickly. It’s a 6D simulation game in which you shoot zombies. It’s loaded with lots of action and fun. In my opinion it may not be for younger kids as they be afraid. There is a practice round. At the end of it, you get to view the high scores and pictures. Be aware the seats shake and move. We had a blast doing this. This is defiantly better than then Cosmic Coaster formerly known as the Wild West Coaster and Ghosts Blaster. I would definitely...
Read moreI went here on a school trip with my class just today and my friend had lost his backpack after we realized he lost it we went looking for an hour and we decided to retrace and come back to ask if it was there, once we made it there we asked this very rude lady if it was there and she told us to wait for 5 minutes because the zombie attraction was playing. After it had finished she went in with the bucket for the glasses and didn’t even bother to look and when I tried to go in myself I was denied entry twice, 2 hours later when we went back with our VP he had managed to find it in the MIDDLE of the room in the first row with the bag opened and clearly looked through. This particular attraction has the worst customer service and respect for one another I highly recommend avoiding this...
