I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. Everything from the food to the ambiance was disappointing and frustrating. I ordered Four items, and all of them were terrible. First, the Vegetable Biryani was a complete letdown. It wasn’t served in a pot, as one would expect, but on a plate. Instead of flavorful vegetables in a rich gravy, it was just a mix of overly fried rice tossed with bland, diced vegetables. The taste was non-existent, and the texture was unbearable—every bite was filled with hard, overly fried grains. Next, The so-called lassi came in the smallest cup for $6.99. It was nothing more than milk, completely lacking mango flavor or sweetness. It tasted bland and watered down. Next, the Vegetable Mo: Mo were an absolute joke. For $13-$15, I received just six pieces with no stuffing, no flavor, and no accompanying tomato chutney. Momos are supposed to be soft, flavorful, and satisfying—these were the opposite. Finally, the Veg Hakka Noodles were nothing short of a greasy mess. They were dripping in oil, with barely any vegetables to justify calling them “Hakka.” To add insult to injury, they served the noodles on a shovel. Yes, a shovel! It wasn’t quirky or fun—it was absurd and annoying. Adding to the misery was the atmosphere. Loud Punjabi music blared throughout the restaurant, which I couldn’t understand, making the environment unpleasant. To make things worse, our food took longer to arrive than it did for people who came after us. Overall, this was an overpriced, tasteless, and frustrating experience. None of the food items had any redeeming qualities, and the service and ambiance were equally bad. If you value your time, money, and mood, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I am never going back to this restaurant, and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well. The food is overpriced, tasteless, and not worth your time or money. Save yourself the frustration and choose a better place to dine.

Hopped over here after having a strange experience at “Dhaba on the Falls” across the street (check out my review for that one!), and the experience here was even worse. We visited here as a group of 5 this past Wednesday, and quickly came to know how bad this place is. After being seated, we ordered up a few items from the menu consisting of some drinks, appetizers and mains. The drinks, however, never made it to the table, let alone a single glass of water. Let’s start with appetizers. The restaurant boasts “Tikka Junction,” but be prepared to be served one of the worst tikkas you’ll ever have! I’m not joking — check out the picture I took of it — subpar presentation and rubbery paneer. Chaat Paapri was equally pathetic, served with watered down chutney and raita. At this point, we started to doubt our decision to dine here. Before the mains arrived, we were served Chicken Biryani, which wasn’t appealing at all — completely cold to the touch with leg pieces just scattered on top. We decided to cancel the rest of our order after this. The service was equally subpar. There were only two servers, and I suspect the male server was also our cook. The tables were dirty, and when asked to clear them, the female server’s attempt was inadequate. The “call” buttons on the tables were also broken, so it took 10-15 minutes to get someone to your table after seating. This place gave us the notion that the servers are tabling old food by just reheating it in the microwave. The only justification I can give for the previous good reviews is.. I guess everything tastes good after you’re a few drinks in right ;)

Newly opened — Tikka Junction, nestled in the heart of Niagara Falls,ON, Canada - is a culinary haven that transports diners to the vibrant streets of India. From the moment you step inside, the intoxicating aroma of spices and the warm ambiance envelop you, promising an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant’s interior seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional Indian motifs. The soft lighting, intricate wooden carvings, and comfortable seating create an inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a meal, Tikka Junction sets the stage for an enchanting evening. Star of the show—the food! Tikka Junction’s menu is a symphony of flavours, which will leave you craving more. These were our standout dishes: Paneer Lababdar, Veg Momos(Must try), Honey Chilli Potato, Gobi Manchurian. Special thanks to Owner Shavina Arora for his kind gesture . Felt homely with his delhi style hospitality. The attending staff - Prakriti , ensured that ever we feel like royalty. From the moment we’re seated to the last bite, her warm smiles and prompt service enhance the overall experience. Must Visit and give them an honour to serve you and transport you to a world of gastronomic delight.

Ok.. so very disappointed with my visit today to this restaurant . The food was average but ambience was good. I thought I had a decent experience until the bill arrived and I am personally of a nature I trust the cashier to have checked the bill before presenting. The whole experience went down the drain from here on. The girl that was serving us got me the machine to pay but not the bill. I still paid along with a tip and after I paid was I given the receipt and the formal bill for me to check the details. That’s when my wife discovered we were changed almost $13 for nothing. When asked what was this $13 charged for, she was told that it was gratuity for the table that was given to us. Well who the hell charges gratuity for table ??? Also the gratuity as mentioned on their bill is charged for a table for 5 people or more. But we were just 4 people so why this was charged anyways ?? So they refunded that amount and we were on our way trying to forget this bad experience . On our way back to the parking lot, we again saw another error on the bill. They had charged another $13 for an extra 2 flat breads . So they charged us for 6 flat breads when we ordered only 4. Well we called the restaurant this time as we had already left that place and spoke to the same manager who accepted this second goof up and blamed all on to their new IT systems etc etc. And seeing the obvious error yet again refunded us immediately. MESSAGE TO EVERYONE . The food is average but still doable. But please do demand the bill if they do not give it to you in the first place and check you bill closely no matter what as these guys are crooks trying to make an extra buck from us customers .

And this is not just a lone branch small restaurant I am talking about . They have plenty breaches so it’s a big name.

NEVER WILL I VISIT TIKKA JUNCTION AGAIN IN MY LIFE. This was the first time at this restaurant and my experience with this cheat was enough for me to stay away from this place for the rest...
