Read moreOur stay took place from September 4th to September 8th. Everything was fine until the night of September 7th to 8th, when we requested the room to be cleaned and noticed a leak with yellowish water dripping directly above the toilet, without even knowing if it came from the room above.
On the morning of September 8th, the day of our checkout, my wife needed to use the bathroom before traveling in order to avoid public restrooms. However, the bathroom was completely unusable due to the leak. We called the reception four times, but no one came until the time of our checkout. This situation caused us great discomfort and frustration.
Additionally, when we sought help in person, Ms. Javiera Llull (Guest Relations) merely told us to send an email describing the incident and then walked away laughing with other staff members behind the counter. This behavior was disrespectful and highly unprofessional, further aggravating the situation and significantly damaging our overall experience at the hotel.

Read moreNot friendly staff at the front desk. Aircon in my room kept turning off and couldn't be turned back on. Laundry bags and door knob tag missing (or not replaced once used). First hotel ever I've stayed where room service meals can not be charged to the room (why??). Instead you need to pay every time you order something. Still that wouldn't be a big problem if I was able to pay... I had 5 times when I couldn't process the payment at my room door using my Amex card under the justification they would need a different EFTPOS machine. In one of those instances, I had the person delaying one hour (almost 10pm) to come back with a different machine to then realise that the machine was running out of battery, and I had the privilege to hear this question at my door: "Do you happen to have a USB-c charger so the machine can run?"....... No comments. Plus.... the day when at 2am there was some really noisy drilling works happening at the building upstairs waking up everybody.
