Latin Grill — Restaurant in Las Condes

This was one of the most amazing dining experiences I've ever had. I had my hotel make a reservation for six of us. When we arrived we were seated in a beautiful private dining room and given complimentary champagne. Our server Didier was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and really helped shape our dining experience. The iPad menus were a nice touch as well. I started with the mushroom soup which was very good but could have had a bit more flavor. My friend had the tuna duo which was superb. For entrées we had salmon, short ribs, cheese ravioli, duck, conger eel, and Seabass. Everything was delicious. The highlight of my meal was the king crab risotto which was perfection. It was creamy and cheesy and full of flavor. I highly recommend trying it. We were disappointed that the wine list had less variety then we would have liked. We were looking for a semi sweet white to pair with our seafood, but only dry whites were available. There was one Riesling on the menu but it was no longer available. We settled for a rosé instead which was a good substitute. For dessert we tried a creme brûlée which was unappealing and my friend ordered some sort of chocolate concoction which was superb. They were great!! We flew into Santiago late. We got to the restaurant at 10:45. 15 minutes before they closed. We offered to get our meal to go. The staff insisted it wasn’t a problem and we should sit down for dinner. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The waiter and the wine steward were both attentive and made sure we had what we needed. Neither were rushed. They made sure we had a great experience.

Would highly recommend the ribs and the side of vegetables. The veggies were so good we are going back tonight just to order two portions of the grilled...

El mejor restaurante De Santiago, la verdad es un restaurante de clase, de nivel, quizás no es para todos por su alto precio, pero la verdad es que lo vale, llegue a este local por los comentarios de google y por una promoción del 50% con el banco BCI, la verdad es que no me arrepiento de pagar lo que costo, exquisita comida, exquisita atención, KATHERINE nos atendió EXCELENTE, el lugar es muy bonito y con un muy buen ambiente, aunque algo antiguo y la única desventaja es que el baño queda algo retirado, aunque no parece ser un problema, fuimos dos personas y gastamos CLP 66.000 - USD 66 con propina incluida, y con el descuento aplicad, precio regular hubiera sido CLP 121.000 - USD 121, les dejo foto de lo que incluye...
