We had a wonderful stay at BHB.
The staff went above and beyond what they could be expected to do. We had some trouble with the air conditioner and the reception workers personally removed it from the wall to clear the condensation drain. Obviously, it would have been preferable to get a technician, but they kept us comfortable. They were very kind and dedicated.
The location is perfect for exploring the city. It's a couple of blocks from the metro, walking distance from Bellavista, Centro, Santa Lucía, and much, much more.
We had the balcony room and really enjoyed the park views. Parque Forestal was beautiful in autumn. We walked there every day, and enjoyed take-out empanadas on the shady benches.
The bed was very comfortable, with clean sheets and a selection of comfy pillows and curtains.
The room was daily-clean, but could use a monthly detailing. There was some dust in the corners, a little scuffed paint, and a loose fitting or two in the shower.
There was sparkling wine waiting when we arrived, a Nespresso machine, but no kettle. We used the coffee machine for hot water and it was fine.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and would happily return if we make it...
Read moreI really liked my stay at BHB Boutique Hotel—so much so that I chose to stay here again. The rooms are no-frills but have everything you need: comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. Breakfast is decent—simple but satisfying.
What truly makes this hotel stand out is the incredible team, especially Daniel. He’s a quiet powerhouse—professional, efficient, and always on top of things. Honestly, I returned here because of Daniel. He brings a calm confidence that makes everything run smoothly, and it’s rare to come across someone so quietly effective.
The rest of the team is also wonderful—Fran, Loris, and Valentina are warm, friendly, and always happy to help.
Location-wise, it’s a winner: close to the metro and within walking distance to the vibrant Lastarria area. If you’re up for a longer walk, Barrio Italia is about 30 minutes away and worth exploring.
This isn’t a flashy hotel—but it doesn’t need to be. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel looked after, thanks to the people behind it....
Read moreWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offered great value for the price. The location was perfect, with many tourist spots within walking distance. Barrio Lastarria was just a short stroll away, offering a variety of dining options. Other attractions like Cerro Santa Lucia and Plaza de Armas were easily accessible. The staff, particularly Christian and Fran at the front desk, were friendly and very helpful. Christian arranged an early check-in for us and provided valuable tips on local sights and restaurants. Fran assisted with our car pick-ups to ensure our safety and peace of mind, and was kind enough to help plan our DIY tours. We even received a complimentary bottles of Carmenere wine during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property seemed newly renovated. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would...
