Infinity Park Hotel was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my trip to Santiago. Its prime location, just minutes from the downtown area and a beautiful park, made it incredibly convenient. To top it off, a 24-hour convenience store was only a two-minute walk away.
At first glance, the hotel's exterior might not catch your attention, but the magic begins once you step inside. The first thing that struck me was the delightful scent—it instantly set a welcoming tone. I was warmly greeted by the night receptionist, Ransés, whose exceptional hospitality deserves special mention later in this review.
The hotel room exceeded my expectations in every way. Although it was classified as a standard room, it felt anything but standard. It was incredibly spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials: a refrigerator, a clean bathroom, hangers, a dresser, and toiletries like soap and shampoo.
Now, about Ransés—he truly elevated my stay. He treated me more like an old friend than just another guest. Ransés offered fantastic recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and exploring the area. For those who don't speak Spanish, there's no need to worry—his patience and clear instructions make communication a breeze. Every time I entered the hotel, I was greeted with his warm and genuine hospitality.

I had a truly frustrating stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a receptionist who was unprofessional and dismissive. I had booked a twin single room, but their system mistakenly showed a double bed room. Instead of offering a solution, the receptionist argued with me, making the situation much worse. When I requested to speak with the manager, the communication was just as poor. The manager lacked the necessary skills to handle the issue or offer any understanding of the problem, which left me feeling completely disregarded. To make matters worse we were give a smoking rooms that stank of cigarette smoke and even after requested a change nothing was offered.
The breakfast staff didn’t improve my experience either. While the breakfast itself was decent, with fresh food, the staff were unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, the options were limited, which was disappointing.
The location of the hotel is another concern. It's situated in front of a busy avenue where construction work was ongoing, making it extremely difficult to get taxis or Ubers. To make matters worse, the hotel is near a park known for frequent assaults and protests. During my stay, a violent gang was actively assaulting and robbing people in the area. I felt unsafe, especially at night.
Given the poor service, unprofessional staff, and the dangerous neighborhood, I would strongly advise against staying here, particularly for foreign visitors. There are far better options elsewhere that offer a safer and more...
