Apart Principado — Hotel in Santiago

I stayed here with a large group of people (approx 60) on 3 separate occasions. We arrived all at once on all 3 and were checked in promptly with very little wait. I had 3 different rooms. First night we had a 3 bedroom suite with working kitchen (fridge, hot plate, microwave, coffee pot, sink) and total of 4 twin beds. A few nights later we had a 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and full working kitchen as above. Last night, we had one bedroom with 3 twin beds and working kitchen. All of the rooms were clean and in good repair. All three rooms were spacious. Decent hot water and water pressure. Didn't use the tv on any night so i can't comment. Staff were all very helpful and spoke pretty good English. Got a bit of outside noise on 2 nights but quiet on the other night. Guess it depends on where your room is. It is close (short walk) to parks and shopping. I felt safe to...

My first impression was gloomy. The lighting is dark and neon. The safe did not work, and the internet was sporadic. They pushed 2 single beds together to make a master king, but the sheets did not fit. This was July-August so it was winter, and there was a power outage for 2 days, even though the power was restored across the street in hours. I made friends with the housemaid who showed me wonderful local places to eat. The kitchen turned out to be ok. After this long a stay, I had to make do. It was very low price, so I really cannot complain. It was two blocks from the music school I was invited to lecture/teach/perform. The lingering complaint was how horrible the internet was, ... a constant pain. If I go back on another Fulbright, I will specifically request a different...

Hotel muy antiguo A mí llegada, pregunto si tienen parking y me dicen que no. Después de confirmar mi reserva me dicen que sí que tienen plazas de garaje¡Magia! Acto seguido, me pregunta si mi coche es alquilado o en propiedad (no creo que necesite esos datos)

Al llegar a la habitación hacia un calor terrible así que llamo a recepción y me dicen: Hace calor xq fuera hace calor. Abra la ventana. El ruido de un patio interior era casi más inaguantable que el calor que hacía así que les digo que me cambien de habitación a lo que acceden pero después parecían estar enfadados ya que ni buenos días ni buenas noches...

No lo recomiendo en absoluto, fue un gran error reservar...
