A warm-hearted Canadian and Chilean duo. They are fluent in English, Spanish and French. Partly in Portuguese. They have a lot of experience running hotels in Patagonia so they understand what guests are looking for in an experience in Chile. They will offer to help you design your sightseeing and book your restaurants if you’d like. Their local knowledge is what makes this boutique hotel a much better choice than self-catering. My wife and I stayed here for a week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hosts (Adri and Christian) are amazing. They kept in contact with us during our flight and made arrangements for a driver to meet us at the airport. We had no agenda other than to relax and sample all the food/drinks the area has to offer. Adri and Christian were happy to offer suggestions for places to eat/drink and nearby places to explore. They were perfectly attentive without being intrusive. We looked forward to our delicious breakfast every morning over which Adri would debrief us on the prior day's experience and offer suggestions for the day. The bars and restaurants nearby are great and others are a short Uber drive away. We walked to Renaca Beach and the dunes in Concon. The beaches are beautiful! Adri arranged a day of wine tours/tastings in the Casablanca valley followed by an incredible dinner at Portafino near Valparaiso. On our last day Adri arranged for a driver to take us on a tour of the gorgeous beaches to the north concluding with lunch in Zapallar before heading to the airport. No detail was missed! We arrived as tourists but Adri and Christian made us feel like family by the time we left! We can't wait...
