The hotel together with its general manager is lacking any customer service that showed on numerous occasions:|-rude and not caring staff|-almost every time we tried to call repeatedly the reception (like 10 times) nobody answered at all, so we had to go to the reception ourselves to ask for anything. The front desk person was sitting there, just not answering the calls. When I asked why they don’t pick up, they said they are busy (busy with what? -no other customer in sight!).|- when asked for bringing up cutlery, they said I have to go and pick it up myself|-when there was a Rappi delivery that came - they first called us and said they will deliver it to the room. After waiting like 15 min, we went downstairs to figure out why the food is still not here. They said they could not deliver it and the driver just left!!! We could not get any refund from Rappi as they said nobody was there to pickup the food! When asked the reception why they said they would first deliver it - they had no answer. So we basically were charged and hungry because of the horrible hotel service that delivers wrong information to us. When we escalated it to the general manager about this situation, he just yelled at us and said he is not our slave! And nobody will bring food up for us. If the reception didn’t provide us the wrong information and just said we have to come downstairs and pick it up in first place, we could have avoided this terrible situation, but nope, they just didn’t take any responsibility for that! ||Also horrible breakfast serving inedible foods and not accommodating any dietary needs. The most jarring aspect was the service, particularly during the breakfast service. I encountered what can only be described as a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. The staff were overtly rude and inattentive, a stark contrast to the welcoming and efficient team I have known for years. The dining experience was equally poor, from the quality of the food to the service provided, it was a profound letdown from what was once a highlight of my stay.||||The once-familiar comfort and reliable quality were absent. The entire stay was a series of letdowns, from the subpar dining to the truly unacceptable behavior of the breakfast staff. It's heartbreaking to see a hotel I considered a home away from home fall so far from its former grace. Read moreI am staying in this hotel now and not leave yet. Yesterday night I got a turistik tour from hotel reception. They confirmed me about tour at 21:00 and said that "you must be ready on lobby for leaving at 8:00 o'clock tomorrow morning. They said that tour bus get you front of hotel at 8:45, so you need be ready on lobby at 8:15. They got price of tour from my credit card. I woke up early, I bought my voucher of tour at 7:45 and attended until from 7:45 at lobby. Waited....waited....in spite of ask about tour a lot of times, reception and front office clerks said "yes, tour bus on road and coming soon". At 8:45 reception employees said that "tour bus came, you can get off for tour". I get off lobby and saw that a taxi front of hotel wait for me. Clerk of hotel said to me this taxi bring to you for tour. I did't understand why need get on taxi, because tour bus would bring me front of hotel....I imagined that my be traffic problem and get on taxi. Taxi take away a touristic stop and said to me "you can get off and wait here for tour bus and u must give me 5000 peso for transfer. l want to pay by dolar because I haven't any pezo.
