This place was next to the hotel I was staying and I didn't realize how good of a place it was. We didn't have a reservation for the night since I thought its a Monday night but the place was still crowded. The place is also very beautiful. We are not that fluent in Spanish so it is difficult to understand but our waitress Constance!!!!! Did a fabulous job She was very calm and was able to make us understand some of the menu items and drinks. We had the guac and chips for the start and drinks. The guac was made fresh in front of you. They have two types traditional one with just onions and tomatoes or a sweeter one with mango and pineapple. We went with the traditional one. The guac was very fresh. Loved it. I had the shrimp tacos and wifey just had the dessert on the recommendation of our waitress Constance.
Shrimp tacos were fresh and good. The dessert was beautiful and tasted really good. It wasn't that sweet which was good. The overall experience was good. I saw some pictures of their tres leches and I wanted to try that next time. I will...
Read moreEverything was delicious. Creative drinks, very Mexican feeling Mexican food (not common in Chile), super fresh seafood, perfectly cooked steak, fun and impressive (and did I mention delicious?) desserts. And, amazingly reasonable prices for this kind of food. We had the steak with chile relleno, levanta los muertos (a mild and impressive aguachile), the tuna tostadas, the coconut dessert (adorable), and a fruit cheesecake (phenomenal). All delicious. Definitely a place I will recommend and return to. The service, unfortunately was a little spotty, but decent when the waiter was paying attention. It took a while to get the bill paid and they gave us one wrong dessert (which turned out to be amazing so no complaints). Just give yourself extra time and focus on the food and you won’t be...
Read moreI asked around other foreigners about a place to get good tacos, as close as possible from Cali tacos. A lot people recommended Lolita Jones. The place didn't disappoint. The guacamole was on point. The tacos were great. Not as authentic but for Santiago Chile, they were great tacos. The only downside, they don't have a very friendly kids menu. Just cheese quesadillas would be great. We had a picky eater (child) in our party and he didn't like anything. All adults enjoyed the food and the margaritas were awesome. Overall, it's a great place. A bit on the pricey side but it's in Las Condes so I wouldn't expect...
