Came here with 2 teens 2 children and 3 adults. Was being served by the server Hong which gave us the worst dining experience.

She was asking for drinks order upon our arrival and thinking of all the kids are not keen on Chinese tea, we asked for just water and the server Hong replied rudely it cost MOP25 each for water. After this conversation, she had been judging us as if we have no money to dine here and she acted rudely to us even we ask to place the order and she ignored us for at first. Then we did asked for a few questions and she ignored us a few times too. I truly believed the distance between she and us is close enough to hear us calling for her but she chooses to ignored us. And this is frustrating.

During the whole dining session, the rest of the servers were good but only this server Hong still acted like we begged to dine and get the free food here.

Towards the end of our dining time here, I asked for the server’s name and soon after, she acted like a normal server who’s keen to serve. She has changed 180 degrees compared to when we first came in.

Also, the wood-roasted peking duck wasn’t as good as usual. The duck smelled a little which I didn’t quite eat it.

Very disappointing experience this time as this isn’t our first time here. Last time our experience here was so...

We didn't make a reservation but there were plenty of tables when we arrived. We were informed that we need to wait about 30 mins for the Peking duck tho.

What we ordered for 3 adults and 1 baby:

  1. Panfried crispy dumplings : 3/5 - very Instagramable but I found the skin to be too hard for my liking

  2. Crispy mandarin fish: 4/5 - the fish was fresh and crispy but the sweet and sour sauce are a bit too overwhelming

  3. Peking duck : 5/5 - very crispy and aromatic, the pancake and sauces are perfectly done, would def recommend! Come with duck meat

  4. Handmade flat noodle: 10/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ this was really a star! Surprising good! The noodle was perfectly done, good texture, and gold balance. The sauce was basic but help highlight the quality of noodle! Would Def return just for this noodle

  5. wok fried green bean: 5/5 nice with great wok hei

Highly recommend to make reservation prior to dining as it will take 30 mins to...

The Chinese food here is excellent and the service is also great. The price of the food though is really expensive for the type of food that you are getting. I think this is the most I have ever paid for potstickers and even simple vegetable dishes are pricey. Everything we ordered was really good though. The place is known for Peking duck but do make sure to order a noodle dish. The noodles are hand pulled in the restaurant and you can really taste the difference. This is one thing I miss about living in China is the noodles.

Food: 4.25 stars Service: 4.25 stars Environment: 4 stars Value: 3 stars Overall: 4 stars

Recommendations: shanxi hand stretched noodles, Peking duck, olive leaf and shrimp fried rice, pot stickers

They do offer a twenty percent discount if you watched the dancing water show on the same day. I luckily stumbled upon this discount walking by...

Touted as the best Peking Duck in Macau, we knew we had to try this place. Tip - make sure you book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure it is available. We knew we were in for a culinary delight when the chef finally wheeled out the duck and started carefully cutting it up and the friendly waitress served it , all whilst giving tips on how to best eat it. Happy to say it did not disappoint and it comes highly recommended. We also had the flat noodles and the Kai Lan which was both fresh and flavoursome. We also joined the Hyatt club which gave us a small discount at the end of the meal. Btw half a duck is more than enough for two people and we were left feeling very full!

Even though I heard rumors that it was delicious, I was surprised that it tasted better than I expected. A restaurant that excludes as much of the traditional Chinese flavor (of which there are likes and dislikes) as possible, while retaining the unique taste of the food. Be sure to try the already famous Peking duck. Xiaolongbao is also very delicious. (Personally, it was better than Dim Tai Fung). And Tan Tan men was also good! I haven't been to many restaurants in Macau, but if I were to go back to just one place, it would be this one.
