Jin Ying — Restaurant in Cotai Landfill Zone

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

We ordered "Lytchee roasted duck" only, which no doubt was great, but while paying this restaurant added 30HKD charge extra for "Welcome Tea" which we did not have, WE DIDNT ASK FOR ANY TEA, WE DID NOT HAVE ANY TEA. They said they would charge extra for cutlery and dining experience (which would be higher) if they dont include this "Welcome tea" charge. This was blunt robbery. This was all above the 10% service charge and other taxes and got taxed even on that 30HKD. We end up paying extra just because we didnt want to create a scene.

Edit: In attached picture you would see there's a bill on the table, it was ours and it didnt have "Welcome Tea" added earlier. They took it and later added it and gave us new bill. So its either their manager or staff who has been robbing the customers. EDIT 2: ATTACHED THE BILL.

In short: you can find much better places to have "Duck" or anything, than this place as they would definitely over charge you which would feel nothing less than being robbed. Better to...

金映閣位於澳門新濠天地內，為新濠天地內連接賭場的餐廳 金映閣提供的菜色包含了包子、蒸餃、燒臘以及點心等菜單，也有提供賭場會員的套餐

內用點餐會需要收取茶資，有最基本的15MOP，也有其他類型的選擇

4/5 最特別的餐點就是動物系列造型的可愛包子 其中包含了每日限量的獅頭造型豆沙包，手工做成舞獅頭包 聽說每日限量10顆，而且無法預定，本次用餐算是來吃早午餐 店家剛開的時候就入座點餐了 算是一道造型可愛，口感則是中規中矩的一道菜。

2.5/5 這道菜算式點心拼盤，包含了 松茸帶子(干貝)鮮蝦餃 海膽魚子榆耳餃 龍蝦鮮箏鳳眼餃

餃子/燒賣底部有一片薄切的白蘿蔔作為蒸籠紙的作用，算是很有特色的做法 這三顆餃子/燒賣都有個共同點，餅皮的部分偏油 有可能是為了表面的光澤好看，或是食材在烹飪的過程中讓油分黏著在麵皮上 再來則是口味的部分，很可能是選了較為重口味的食材又或者調味的關係，三者吃起來都非常地鹹 鹹味也都蓋過了食物的鮮甜，會急需要配茶

3/5 以嫩豆腐皮包覆著蝦漿的一道蝦餅料理 內部可以看到很完整的蝦仁，用料很實在 但缺點還是太油，照片拍起來可以明顯看到腐皮有著明顯的油光反射 而吃起來的口味也是偏鹹

5/5 算是本店我唯一推薦的菜色 包含了脆皮燒肉以及蜜汁叉燒

脆皮燒肉的表皮處理得非常脆，放入口中咀嚼都還會有卡滋卡滋的聲音發出 底部的肉也還是保持著非常嫩的狀態 蜜汁叉燒則是整塊肉都保持軟嫩的狀態 調味的非常剛好不會太鹹，咬下去還會讓存在叉燒肉內的肉汁流出來

整體而言為了獅頭包來店是可以的 若要品嘗其他類型的點心，澳門街頭或是其他店家會是更好的選擇
