Kwong Hang Travel Guest House — Hotel in Hong Kong

This owner is really a scam and will never come to face you when there is a problem despite saying in whatsapp that they would. They refuse to refund even though the booking was meant for 7 person and they gave us a barely livable 5 person room. Please stay at your own risk and avoid booking from them through any sites. All their rooms' space is only sufficient for 1 person and the toilet doors are not working. You will never be able to find the entrance and there is no one at receiving guest at any point of the day and they do not provide you with proper directions to find this place...

I walked in at 11 aclock, without the booking. They removed after online and increased the price. Scam businesses... Very unfriendly, and did not wanted to give me wifi to look for a other place... Nice first Expirations in Hongkong...

入住不準時，第一天抵達時，我們早上10點多先來寄放行李並詢問幾點可入住，告知14：00，隨後我們在附近晃晃約莫14：20回來，卻告知房間還沒整理好15：00多再回來，後來又大概15：10回去，又說再10分鐘，然後跟我們說原本要給我們的雙人房冷氣有問題，今天先住隔壁3人房但約定好明天要搬回雙人房，勉為其難的同意了，隔天我們一大早出門就將行李整理好放在外面前往迪士尼，大概15：00歸來想休息，結果又告知房間未整理好請稍等，真的很累想休息所以請他們將原先3人房給我們休息，約莫16：00多雙人房才整理好給我們，連兩天都無法準時。 網站上照片提供了兩種雙人房，並表示附設私人浴室，但實際上我們入住的這間7號雙人房並沒有私人衛浴，要走出房門到隔壁，而這間廁所也並非僅供7號房使用，他位於大廳，意即所有旅客都可以使用（確實如此，等待入住時大家都來使用）而且裡面也是清掃用品，這點令人感到相當不滿意。 房間的部分雖然乾淨，但非常小，僅能攤開一個登機箱門就很難打開了。入住時我們甚至遇到冷氣有問題，會滴水、還轟隆轟隆的運轉噴出冰塊，老闆卻表示無空房可更換也無備案，最後協商退3成的費用給我們。 老闆人很好，但有其他問題存在，若您覺得地點方便、老闆人好是重要考量因素，可選這間。其他要求良好環境的話....不推薦，對面空地在施工，上班時段會很吵，若會在晨間下...
