This is one of the larger M&S locations in Hong Kong, located right in the heart of Central. Women’s clothing is located on the ground floor, while men’s clothing and the grocery section are downstairs on the lower level. If you’re entering through the main front entrance, the escalators are at the back left corner of the store, just past the cash registers.

I mainly come here for groceries, and I find this location to be more spacious than the one on Hollywood Road. There also seems to be a wider selection of produce, pantry items, snacks, and frozen foods. However, despite the larger size, the store can sometimes feel a bit stuffy or cramped during peak hours, especially downstairs.

To avoid the crowds and have a more comfortable shopping experience, I recommend visiting during off-peak times. There are plenty of registers, and the staff are always been friendly and efficient, making checkout quick and easy.

Marks & Spencer is the best place for my weekend snack options. I usually come here and pay for my favourite snacks, which included: gluten-free nachos cheese flavoured tortilla chips, reduced fat sour cream & chive crinkle potatoes chips, Danish mackerel fish filets in olive oil & British water thin turkey breast. I love eating and repeating the same snack options over the weekend from here. I highly recommend the chips in Marks & Spencers as they were all my childhood fave snacks when I was a kid. I love this store. 1) the food hall. If you like British food then the basement of m&s is just dreamy. True not as comprehensive as m&s food, but still a very large range of perrenial fav British sweets and savories as well as food and ingredients to prepare. 2) great range of suits in the British mould if that's your thing.
