Terrible customer service. Their loyalty program Bespoke is complete nonsense, they refused to register point earnings because the name on the receipt is not the same as credit card holder but concierge desk had already checked the actual credit card to see that I was the payment maker as the card number corresponded to the receipt. It makes absolutely no sense why I can’t use a family member’s account at the store to purchase items for myself. Later at two other occasions, when presented with merchant receipts with no names on it, concierge cross checked my credit card for points registration but later telephoned me to say points cannot be registered as there was no name on the merchant receipt. When I questioned why must the customer name be printed on the receipt when I have already proved I made the payment by showing my credit card, customer service made false accusations claiming that it could be a “fake spending” where I could be reimbursed by another person - which makes no sense whatsoever and is extremely insulting to a long term loyalty member.
