公仔記聞名已久, 唔識唔知訂, 終於幾廿年後可以一嘗. 原來乾炒牛河係其中最出名嘅一味. 陰差陽錯落錯單,最後到咗我哋張枱,樂得一試. 其實唔使必須有牛肉,反而仲可以食到佢嘅原味. 如怕太油膩嘅話,可以叫杯凍檸水,咪唔加白糖就唔怕肥或對身體有什麼吧.
聽亞姐講四十幾年前賣緊個半一疊,今時今日都只係廿幾至四十多蚊. 相信連通貨膨脹都冇跟隨. 唔怪得知咁多本地人喜愛. 最重要係味道依然咁正. 仲想點吖. 實在係難尋嘅澳門地道風味茶餐廳.
This authentic local Macau tea restaurant has been well-known for a long time. Personally preferred style of food being original is the best. Didn't realized their Fried rice thick noodles are the most famous. Coincidentally got the misunderstood order, since its on my table, thrilled to give it a try. And it tastes just right without feeling too greasy. In fact, can skipped the meat, usually sliced beef, in order to have a real taste of the signature dish's flavor. If feeling too greasy, can ordered a glass of cold lemon water. Don't add sugar for those who worries about the extra calories. The white sugars are on the table anyway, to each his own, go ahead as it's self served for all those spices and seasonings being put on the table.
It's interesting listen to some of its history, the sale of the same dish back dated more than forty years ago was about $1.50 patacas MOP. Today it's ranged from $20s to mid $40s. Believed that price range is not even following the inflation. Which is great news to many locals who loves eating here for all these years. Yet the most important factor is it's well kept tastiness, it is not easy to find that many Macao authentic flavor tea restaurant nowadays. Nice and fast, friendly...

Read more公仔記是澳門老字號,其實路過幾十次了從來沒有吃過,這一次終於在沒有吃東西之下,路過了。
看到其實就是一個茶餐廳,但選擇就是非常多,而且有這個嚤囉雞飯,屬於澳門的特色。
這一個名字在香港也是有,但吃起來和樣子完全不一樣,香港的類似番茄醬,澳門的卻是類似咖喱樣子。
40元一份價格可以,飲料要單點。
這個醬汁深黃色,類似咖喱加上忌廉和葡國雞的感覺,但是沒有甜味,都是鹹,重口,有點香料,不辣,挺不錯的感覺。
雞排還是有點不嫩,但這個醬汁卻是很下飯,而且飯是薑黃飯,也是帶味道。
