Crystal Orange Hotel — Hotel in Shanghai

Great stay throughout my trip in shanghai! The location is just 3 to 5mins walk away from Da Shi Jie metro station. 10 to 20min walks to Nanjing Pedestrian street or Xi Tian Di, Huang Pu District.. The convenient store( Lian Hua) is just across the street.Reserved for a room with terrace/ balcony and were able to see the Pearl tower light up at night.. There's a gym, laundromat ( detergent are provided) , restaurants for breakfast & supper located in basement 1. The staff at the front desk were great, helpful, and informative if you have any questions. I was expecting my parcel to be delivered the following day from the store, and they helped me tracked to see if the hotel had received it or not. 😁😊 Rooms were cleaned, and towels changed daily. Water pressure was good, the toilet comes with a bidet! The cleaning ladies were polite, friendly & helpful. Overall, will definitely stay in this hotel again when I'm back in...

Now that I have a proper time as I am on my way to hz. The counter staff ready to answer any questions that we have. The most remarkable is our daily lady that comes and help to clean our room she is so sweet and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing and is full spread of western and local food. Location is near to dashijie metro and to call didi to anywhere is so convenient. Rooms are comfortable but I yet to figure out how to control the aircon/heater.Ps: don’t push customer for review when they are trying so hard to get didi as we are rushing for train. Today the counter staffs Is very pushing for a review which I don’t understand what is the hurry. I had repeatly said I will do it when I am in my most comfortable timing for the best review and I am rushing. I spoke in mandarin and he keep saying is company kpi, please management train your staff review are optional and no pressure...

Location is nice! The nearest is metro station “Dashijie” exit 5, and 6 about 100-300m. There are some minimarts which are lianhua, lawsons, and family mart. Staff cannot communicate in English but they have translator device that help them to communicate with us. Also, the staff are helpful and nice. They can call you a taxi but it’s quite more expensive that you call Didi yourselves. However, I am not impressed with the room. The toilet is quite smelly (for every night that I have been here). There is no cooling mode for air conditioner (only heater for this season (November)). The staff give us a fan to use while we’re sleeping. Movever, wifi is cannot use for google, Facebook, Youtube and other communication applications...
