New Heights — Restaurant in Shanghai

Upon arrival for high tea we were directed to the back room (not shown there). Because the outside area was full, we were given an inside table to sit at until a table became available. We finally had to get menus ourselves to look at. They eventually put us at a table outside, but when it started to sprinkle, we wanted to return inside so as not to get wet. The waiter WATCHED as we toted in our bags and all of the plates, cups, etc, without helping or even holding the door open for us! To top it all, we were in the middle of eating and they presented us with the bill. Personally, I don't like handling money and food at the same time and would have been happy to pay either before or after, but no, we had to pay right then.
