BBC PUB PARQUE 93 — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

We went late on a sunday evening and this was one of a few places left open. It was full and the atmosphere was nice, but service was Veeerrrryyyy slow. It took ages for the waitress to bring the menus. Another 20 minutes to come back and take the orders. The drinks came quickly but we waited over 30 mins for 2 pizzas. Then afyer waiting ages for her to come back we got up to take away some food and pay the bill. These things were rushed and when we paid, the tip was imposed on us with no options, before we were dismissed. The pizzas arrived and were okay, but lacking salt in every ingredient. Very basic food. And the music was so confused, jumping from genre to genre with no connection. Dido to Sugarhill gang. Based on this experience I'm 100% sure I'd go somewhere else next time. I have visited many BBC’s in Bogotá and truly enjoy all of them during this COVID-19 crisis...All of the BBC’s I visited required a food purchase like all restaurants do currently. All of the BBC’s allowed me to order an appetizer to meet the food purchase requirement, which I was happy to do.. PARKE 93 BBC refused to allow me to order from the appetizer menu and the waitress told me I had to order a meal ...No need to question here because my money spends anywhere ..I left without ordering and she/PARKE 93 BBC missed a sell, she missed a great propina $$$....She was obviously attempting to make greengo buy dinners / upsale...Never will Parke 93 BBC see my money...

Buenos días, me yo soy cliente frecuente de bar BBC parque de la 93, tenia ya un tiempo sin ir pues ocurrió un bochornoso incidente con el administrador de dicho lugar, el día 22 de diciembre del 2017 yo estaba en muletas y tenía un gran ramo de flores para llevarlo muy cerca este bar trae muy grandes y gratos recuerdos para mi por eso me gusta tanto y de manera muy atenta le solicito al administrador Arnold Sierra que me reservará la mesa pie unos minutos mientras llegaba mi carro y lleva a las flores el señor se negó rotundamente a hacerlo le dije que compraría una cerveza y que por favor mantuviera mi mesa el señor me dijo que igual eso no era argumento para reservar nada de igual manera el señor que se encarga de la seguridad del sitio muy amable me colaboro trasladando el ramo al vehículo y estando pendiente de mi mesa por 10 minutos que tarde. Eso fue una la segunda yo llegué con unos compañeros de oficina el día de ayer pues estaba celebrando mi graduación 🎓 y la de una compañera en el momento en que llegue al sitio sostuve una solicitud de partir una torta tenía una cuenta bastante grande y pues nuestro deseo era seguir en el sitio pero nuevamente el señor Arnold Sierra se negó a atender mi solicitud así sin más ni más no me dio ninguna razón solo que no se podía y ya yo le dije si gusta le pago un descorche como he visto que varios clientes hacen en este tipo de actividades y el simplemente se negó, yo le pregunté cual es la rabia o fastidio que le produzco pues este señor es un real atarban conmigo, que yo soy cliente de este sitio hace más de 5 años y le tengo mucho cariño pero a causa de este señor creo que no voy a regresar todo el oersonal del sitio es maravilloso los meseros las personas de seguridad son muy buenos pero este tipo es muy mal complemento para este lugar además es amenazante con los colaboradores cuando ellos ofrecen su ayuda.
