Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

As I walked in they had a soccer ball event on Tv, the attendant seemed busy and as he was taking my order was extreamly pushy to the extent that when I asked for help he opened the ame he in a rough manner…. ( I do speak Spanish) kept my kool let it be… he also added service charge and got pushy on that as well… he repeatedly asked me more than 4 times…. He had already added it with out me giving consent…. He said his fingers got itchy and pushed the button and added it… Really ( lol )… I had an order also to go and they got it all wrong… it was cold, no forks nor napkins, I asked for catchup and mustard I did not get that…. Finally I said it was a take out order and they had it served at the Table? Really…. I don’t mind the tip if you do your job right!! Be careful in Colombia way too many changes in the food industry…. I feel sorry for the people as myself and others which we don’t care and whip out our credit cards…. Read and ask Questions and ASK to look at your RECEIPT… may the Force be with you at these food chains!!
