Accommodations were ok, but what really bothered me was that we checked in at night since our flight came in late and the front desk gave us our keys and took in our passport info. The next morning our keycards weren’t working because apparently we had to do our check-in again and provide our passports to the day time crew. Very inefficient. It also turns out the building is shared with Dr.’s offices and residential units so I wasn’t able to leave my uggage at the front desk and walk around the city before my flight, not accommodating at all. Aspectos Positivos/Negativos: Atención al cliente: Muy amables y muy Buena predisposición en la entrada y en la recepción.

Menú: Negativo no ofrecen desayuno ni otras opciones.(sin embargo esta cerca de varios bares, restaurantes, etc).

Ubicación y Accesibilidad: Excelente, cerca de todo lo mas relevante dentro de ciudad amurallada y barrio Getsemani, se puede llegar a todos los lugares caminando.

Wifi: Muy buena conexión, rápida y estable.

Limpieza: En terminos generales muy buena limpieza, excepto por unos papeles que encontramos debajo de la cama.

Ambiente: Silencioso, tranquilo, calmo, se descansa bien. No hubo ruidos ni problemas similares.

Calidad de Instalaciones: Cama y almohadas muy comodas, heladera pequeña con un excelente funcionamiente para enfriar lo basico, lindo y amplio baño, anafe cocina, hay varios elementos de cocina incluida una cafetera, tazas, platos, utensillos. Negativos: no hubo los suficientes elementos para cocinar. Problemas para regular la temperatura de la ducha. Hay una sola ventana pequeña que da al pasillo de entrada tristemente sin vistas. 1 solo ascensor, es espacioso pero lento y no funciona bien, vimos como la puerta se abrió con un movimiento irregular.

Climatización: Excelente, dos Aires acondicionados + 1 deshumidificador portatil que funcionan espectacular, se consigue rapidamente un buen clima en la habitación, probados en dias de más de 30*C y...

There is no window with natural Light in the rooms at all! This was quite bad- anytime you wake up you can never see what the weather on the outside world is. Although the location is good and the room was fine you won’t be hard pressed to find good locations In Cartagena central as it’s small and there are many accommodations.
