Great place, especially inside the Walled City at this price. More an B&B than a hostel. Very clean (which is rare in Cartagena), comfortable, with good breakfast (althought I would introduce a system where you choose what you want the night before and number the guests because many people were waiting w/o realising they must place an order and the kitchen staff don't speak foreign languages so it was very confusing). Receptionist Angie was rude and unhelpful when I asked for help with finding a photocopy service. She dismissed my plea for help pointing out that it's Sunday and all shops are closed. A simple apology would have gone a long way but she was unable to show any sympathy or respectful manners.

Hostel is located conveniently in old town Cartagena. The hostal is equipped with various room configurations, I stayed in a dorm room, everything was kept clean. The common area in this hostel is kind of tight for space. There is balcony overlooking the street.
