BE AWARE!!!
The hotel is right to a bar/Disco. It was so loud that our phone could recognize the songs with Google. We could not sleep at ALL. In the morning we asked for a hotel switch but the hotel didn't cared and wasn't even slightly interested in giving us at least a little money back. It was so horrible that we decided to switch hotels even if we don't get the money back. But we lost half a day of travelling, a lot of money and a hole night + a lot of nerves. We traveld for 4 months know a slept in dorms and next to loud streets, but this is something different.
We would defenetly not recommend to stay at the hotel if you want some sleep at all. The service in the night was not helpful at all too. So...

The 24/7 reception is always nice to have.
One of the girls at the reception even went as far as to borrow her own personal phone to call our airline when a problem with our ticket occurred.
A/C and hot water were great amenities to have.
Keep in mind there's no wheelchair accessibility at all, the place is located on the second and third floor after some huge stairs.
Also consider the location can be quite noisy both during the day and the night so depending on what you're looking for it could be a problem.
But at the same time it's close to everything you will need: multiple parks, metro stations, drugstores,...
